New Casatori - Romantic Studio in the heart of Bologna
New Casatori is a charming studio on the 5th floor with a brand new elevator in a historic building, with concierge, in one of the most important streets of Bologna. At your disposal a private balcony with a splendid view of the city skyline, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor use, where, if you wish, you can enjoy breakfast or meals.
The location is perfect for a few minutes walk to the main square (Piazza Maggiore) that is the heart of the city. You can easily reach the train station in 15 minutes always walking under the porticoes.
The area is very lively and full of shops, supermarkets, food markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars/cafes and well served by buses to any destination.
New Casatori has been completely and deeply renovated a few years ago and is equipped with air conditioning, a beautiful kitchen - with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, table with 4 chairs and much more.
The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed -not separable- with a fireproof mattress for two people.
A fully equipped bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.
All bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults.
I only accept bookings not exceeding four weeks.

My overall thoughts: clean, bright, well equipped(kitchen & essentials), centrally located, easy walking distance to attractions/restaurants/train station, lovely Historic Center view from balcony and window, safe/secure. The owner was a delight. She gave me recommendations for restaurants with local/regional foods. Marvelous experience. I highly recommend Casatori. Thank you Raffaella...Eugenio-Florida, USA

The apartment is very centrally located to shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside. Perfect for our week in Bologna and day trips to Modena and Parma.Raffaella was very kind and extremely helpful.Could not ask for a better host!

Small but with everything needed in the apartment. In the heart of Bologna

Raffaella met us upon arrival and gave a short orientation of the apartment. Currently some construction going on in the building, but it was not a problem. Unit is as described, but it seemed smaller than the pictures portrayed. Raffaella and Marcello were excellent hosts. Communication was excellent. Very well equipped. We cooked many meals and did so with the the well furnished kitchen. Nice views of the red tile rooftops of Bologna and church in distance from the 5th floor apartment. Didn't use the balcony much (3X). Good location 15 minutes from most everything. We stayed 30 days so have a pretty good idea what this apartment can provide. Great grocery store nearby. Train station 15minute walk. Some noise filters through from the street and adjoining units, but not a major issue for us. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Raffaella and Marcello do their best to make your stay enjoyable.
