Katie, we had a wonderful time at your cottage. You thought of everything we might need. The private yard was perfect and we loved the outdoor shower. My only small suggestion would be to add a clothes line for wet towels. I saw some places outside where this could be arranged without causing harm to the palms. Thank you for arranging an extra day stay for us also. Although I grew up in St. Petersburg, other than an occasiional day at te beach, I usually went to PAG or TI Municipal Beach overlooking Sunset beach. Now , it seems that those communities have become more commercial, Sunset Beach retains that 'beachy town' feel. We would like to return in the fall.

This was the perfect cottage for our stay. New Kitchen and Bathroom, with efficient Central Air made it very comfortable. 2 car easily accessible parking was a big plus. A one minute walk to Caddy's Beach Bar/Restaurant and great stretch of Sunset Beach made this Cottage a perfect place to stay. Katie was a great host. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!

We are dewar friends with her neighbors and they said Sge even had the lights on for us❣️❣️❣️ We are staying there in March !! I’m so excited!!

stayed here with our 3yr old daughter for 5 nights. Katie couldn’t have been a better hostess, she had set out beach toys and snacks. The place was clean, and had all the space we needed. Can be made nice and dark for nap time, and the patio is very nicely maintained. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is cozy and Florida sun is so wonderful when it is so cold at home!

Enjoyed dinner, sunset and music at Caddy’s. Good places a short distance away such as John’s Pass, the St. Pete pier & the Dali museum. Only recommendation we would make is better privacy curtains or blinds in some of the windows instead of the sheers, especially the bathroom.

This was my 1st time to use a rental type of property. It was a wonderful experience. The host was more than helpful. Great location to beach. Only block and a half. The house was very clean. If I am able to return to this area I would stay here again.

We had a great time at the VRBO. The location was amazing - two blocks to the beach. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and all features were nice to have a home away from home. Great customer service and cleanliness.

location, location, location!!!!! Walk to the beach and Caddy's, a short Uber ride to restaurants made life so easy. We learned that backing into the 2 parking spots provided made life a bit easier. I showered in the outdoor shower everyday and it was delightful. The outdoor patio was nice, we ate pizza we ordered one night out there. The cottage is beautifully decorated and having a washer and dryer was great. It was our wedding weekend, Katie left a card, a bottle of bubbly and two glasses, what a kind touch. Someone locked the door by accident and Katie responded immediately with how to rectify the situation.We loved our stay and hope to come back again. We will recommend to everyone we know!!!!!

Island Time Cottage was the perfect island retreat for my friends and me! We traveled from Minnesota to celebrate our friends birthday and were lucky enough to find this cottage! The cottage itself is absolutely adorable and even better than the pictures. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated and the two bedrooms were perfect for the two of us. The backyard/patio is its own tropical oasis and was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location is unbeatable! It's less than a three minute walk to the beach and Katiki's and Caddy's - two fantastic bars on the beach. It's also less than a 5 minute drive to Publix and Walgreens if you need any essentials. There is also a 7-Eleven a couple of blocks away. Katie was very communicative and the most accommodating hostess! We arrived earlier than anticipated and she was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. Everything is electronic and very convenient. She even added a personal touch with a gift basket, champagne, waters and a handwritten note. It was the perfect start to an incredible vacation! We will definitely try to book Island Time Cottage for our next Treasure Island Getaway!
