We were ideally situated close to the grandchildren. They could and did show up on their own at any time of the day. Loved being able to watch tennis from our balcony. For our gourmet cook daughter, the kitchen was not as well appointed as she would have liked.

Nice location as it’s connected to La Quinta Resort. Close access to all the amenities that resort has to offer. It’s a short drive to the festival grounds. Unit is clean and nice. The WiFi in the unit was not working at all and when inside the unit you only get 1 bar LTE with ATT and Verizon. Cell is pretty much useless unless you go outside. I contacted the host via the VRBO to ask for the wifi to be rebooted as the router was not accessible. No response at all from the host. I had to go to the resort lobby and pay for WiFi to take my zoom meetings.
