Un letto matrimoniale in ogni camera e l'ampio sezionale in soggiorno possono ospitare anche una o due persone, se necessario. La cucina è stata appena ristrutturata e ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, alzatina in acciaio inossidabile e nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle. Niente moquette. No animali. Vietato fumare

Townhouse is exactly as pictured. Location is convenient to restaurants and other venues. Sandra was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. Would recommend this property without reservation.

This townhouse is a wonderful find in Tucson! Spacious open floorpan, well-stocked, attentive owner. We chose because of the easy access to The Loop Trail.

Our stay was wonderful! Sara’s home made for a comfortable stay & the community is a very quiet one. My only suggestion is to have felt pads under the dining room chairs & bed frames. Without them it made for a interrrupted nights sleep on those wood floors & screaching sound in the dining room. Other than that it was perfect stay. Thank you very much for the opportunity!

Exceeded expectations. This place was in the perfect location for access to the Loop. Everything in the home was very nice. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Sandra was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this rental !

This is our second time staying at this location and was as perfect as last time. House is spacious and beautiful. Feels like a home away from home. Owner has great communication and home is always super clean has everything you would need for any length of stay. This is our go to Tucson rental and we will be booking again in the future!

Nice town home in quiet gated complex. The living room and kitchen a very nice and comfortable. Beds were comfutable. Sandra was very responsive. Great place for the price!

Nice and quiet gated community. The home was fully stocked and spacious. Close to lots of shopping. The kids enjoyed the pool.

great location for all we wanted to do in Tucson (golf, hike, events at UofA, etc.) Low key condo community - very quiet with pool for relaxing after days activities.

We appreciated plenty of hot water for showers/baths and extra-large fluffy towels.
Enjoyed quiet evenings on the patio, listening to and watching the birds. Discovered Rio Vista Park, a short walk north, on our final day there.

Sandra provided excellent directions to the condo that is in a gated Tucson community. A binder with detailed instructions for using and taking care of the property was very complete. If we had any questions, it was very easy to contact Sandra. The community pool was a nice feature although it was smaller than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again on a future visit. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Here are the pros and cons.
Pros: the unit is nice, clean and spacious. Appliances are new and great. Gated community is safe and quiet.
Cons: pool was cold because it was not heated at the time. We could not use the backyard because of the mosquitos or flies. Neighborhood is old.

Everything about this townhome is top-notch! We absolutely loved spending the month of March in this quiet, gated community! The home is beautifully decorated and was spotless when we arrived. The large kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is exactly as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable as well. But the best thing for us was it’s location only a half-mile from The Rillito River bike/walking trail! On our non-hiking days we loved walking that trail. We definitely hope to return at a later date!

Location is next to wonderful biking trail and lovely birding park. Close to shopping and other amenities. Easy access to all the parks around Tucson. Very responsive host and condo met all our needs with nice outdoor space. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed here during Christmas 2022. This property is located in a gated community. The condo is a very roomy 2-BR/2-BA home with a large kitchen, dining, and living area. We were visiting our daughter and her fiance for Christmas and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect for us and enabled us to host Christmas dinner for the four of us since their apartment is simply too small. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property owner was easy to contact for any questions we had and the icing on the cake was they even put up a Christmas tree and some Christmas decorations. I didn't expect that, but that sure made it very home-y for us since we were traveling for the holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for any group of 4.

Perfect for our needs. Four adults were comfortable, spacious living area and car park fit two cars nicely, were appreciated. We were in Tuscon for a golf vacation and this location provided great access to numerous courses with 20-30 minute drive. Shopping and groceries were just a short drive away.

First experience with VRBO. The owner was very responsive and very nice. She cares for her guests and make everything possible for them to feel at home. We highly recommend her.

Pool is a community pool which we didn’t get from the listing but makes sense. Otherwise, clean, decent area, quiet!!!, absolutely would stay here again.

This property was described perfectly on the VRBO site. It had everything we need to enjoy our short stay. My wife and daughter loved it as much as I did. If you need to be in Tucson, this is the place to stay!
