We were attending an event about 10 minutes away so it was very convenient. Very nice house and yard.

Great place, great communication. Open living, great outdoor space, would be great for family gathering.

The home and location were great for what we were there for. The home was not as clean as a rental house should be. The downstairs living room and staircase were not vacuumed thoroughly, towels were scarce and the smaller face towels were stained, looked unwashed, door to the bedroom with the king bed was not attached to the hinges correctly which made it difficult to close, pocket door leading to the bathroom from the room with the twin beds did not close, the stove had food in the burners, oven not thoroughly cleaned, refrigerator had a water leak on one side so you could not utilize the entire fridge, and the filter was not changed. The bbq was out of order and was not notified until I inquired about the propane. The outside of the house was great. The home could use some repairs and a good deep cleaning to make the guests more comfortable.
