Situato nel cuore di Destin e Holiday Isle, troverai questa gated community immersa in un ambiente appartato, tutto a breve distanza a piedi da ristoranti locali come La Paz e il mercato locale. Entrando nel corridoio noterai gli alti soffitti a volta e la scala aperta. Qui al primo piano troverete il soggiorno, un grande tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e una porta scorrevole che conduce al patio per grigliate e intrattenimenti. La cucina offre un altro tavolo da pranzo e sedie con 4 posti a sedere e accesso a un patio privato esterno. La camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato si trova anche al primo piano insieme alla lavatrice e asciugatrice. Segui la scala al piano superiore con moquette appena posata fino alla camera da letto principale dotata di letto king size, bagno privato e veranda coperta coperta. La vanità / lavandino del bagno è stata strategicamente posizionata al di fuori della zona doccia / vasca combinata e della toilette, consentendo la privacy mentre gli altri si stanno preparando. La terza camera da letto al piano superiore è allestita con 2 letti full size che consentono a 4 di dormire comodamente. Anche questa è una grande camera con bagno privato e balcone privato esterno per gustare il caffè del mattino.
Pronto per arrivare in spiaggia? Basta uscire alla vostra sinistra e seguire il marciapiede fino all'accesso alla spiaggia. Tirare refrigeratori e carri sarà un gioco da ragazzi e soprattutto - nessuna strada da attraversare. Quando sei pronto per rilassarti in piscina, vai direttamente fuori dalla porta e troverai la piscina comunitaria di fronte a questa unità. Il campo da tennis è in riparazione a partire dal 25 novembre, si spera che sia pronto per l'inizio di dicembre.

My family and I stayed here for my wedding and we really enjoyed it. It was clean, quiet, and in a great location. We loved every bit of it, we will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay here over 3 nights. Gated access kept the public out and the walk to the beach was very easy. The condo was nice. Some of the furniture was wore though with scratches and stains. The upstairs does stay pretty warm during the day. They provide with fans but they aren’t very good. Other than that we didn’t have any problems!

Very large unit ~ great for families.
Super close to the beach.
Upstairs rooms get quite hot. Fans are nice added touch to help, but it gets very uncomfortable. Would be nice to have thermostat set to 70 when tenants are coming in so unit doesn’t have to play “catch up”.
A lot of extras inside with grills and dishes.

We loved our stay! 2 minute walk to beach.
Lots of room for eveyone. it's really nice and clean, bigger than you expect. The location couldn't be better. I didn't want to stay in an over populated place as having teen girls wanting to go back and forth to beach on their own. This was perfect. Master bedroom didn't get as cool as the rest of the house but it wasn't bad, a great cooling fan was provided. Loved the gated community.
We hope to be back next year!!!

My family and I enjoyed this stay and had a great time. A short walking distance to shops, restaurants, a pool and the beach. The gates of the property worked perfectly with the codes. It felt really secure. The private balconies and terraces were an amazing to gather together and spend time in. We were welcomed with towels molded into shapes that resembled shells along with clean towels and blankets. All of the interior and exterior facilities worked, and there was even an oscillating fan and AC In my room that had over 8 speeds. During the week until 4:30 PM there is construction next door, but it is not noticeable inside the house. The owners checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a very pleasant stay and I look forward to staying here again!

Gated condo community. Short walk from the beach. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Lots of dining room space. Quick response from owners. Check in and out were very strict. Overall. Would definitely stay at this place again!

There were several dead large roaches and the floor was weak upstairs. Floor was sticky and left feet black. Very roomy and we had a blast and the beach was very close by. Needs updates. Washing machine needs balance and dryer takes a long time to dry.

Overall good space, location. Property a bit worn and could use a good deep clean. Furnishing comfortable and adequate. 3 Patios all shaded so good in summer not so much in February when we stayed. Needs some maintenance. Sliding doors a problem and no screens to enable leaving them open. Notified management of difficulty opening the doors and they responded promptly but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Grill was very dirty and while we considered not using it-most burned off. Short walk to the ocean which was great as well as the arrangement with Xplorie complimentary activities.

Visiting Destin for fastpitch tournament and the townhouse location was perfect! Great central location close to the beach, with all the amenities! It worked great for 3 small families, each getting their own bedroom and bathroom.
Walking distance to restaurants and shopping too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Clean and close to everything we needed!!
Short walk to the beach...groceries, shopping, and restaurants nearby! Beach was clean and quiet and perfect for our two families! Dolphin watching and sunsets were amazing!

Great Condo
We spent a week here and enjoyed it thoroughly.
There are 3 large bedrooms-larger than you will find in most condos-each equipped with a widescreen TV and private bathroom. The units were quiet which I appreciated because I like to sleep at night rather than listen to my neighbor's TV blaring.
There are tennis courts, a pool, and a wide private beach walkover.
The units were well stocked with silverware, pots, pans etc. for those nights when you want to cook at home.
The furniture was comfortable and attractive.

We love Shoreline Gardens. The units are large. The pool is refreshing.
We have stayed in this unit and the new decor is a huge improvement! Love the removal of broken verticals, new carpet, and new furniture.

Awesome house and location!
We could not have been happier with our house for our vacation! It was perfect and exactly what we needed! I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back next summer!

Nice , clean, well maintained home.
We enjoyed our stay. House was clean, bedrooms were BIG, bathrooms were nice and kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a big seafood dinner, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the grill for burger night. The walk to the beach is very short, and easy. Love the sand washing station on the way back! The homes location is convenient to everything!
Chris was great, answered all my questions, even called before our arrival to see if he could help with anything. Great service.
My only suggestion is to purchase black out curtains for two upstairs bedrooms to keep it cooler during the day, but the house cooled down nicely at night.
We hope to return.

Friends Beach Vacation
The property was such a great choice for my stay in Destin. The spacious layout and the cleanliness of the property met my standards! The patios were an awesome surprise. We loved the proximity to the beach. 4th of July was well done here. The manager Chris is great. Will definitely rent this property again!

Best Family Vacation Ever
This was our best family vacation ever. Shoreline Gardens was the perfect place to go. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach with our own private access. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We loved that we were within 1/2 a mile of grocery stores, resteraunts and family friendly attractions. This is definitely a trip we will want to repeat again. I recommend this to all families looking for a relaxing time and a time to bond with your family.

Great place! Exceeded my expectations, very close to the beach and super clean and comfy.
I was there on vacation with my family last wk (June 16-21) had a great time! It accommodated our group of 7 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Property was clean and cozy, the decor was very nice too. One thing I always look for and appreciate is clean linens, all throughout I was very pleased with that. I loved that we could walk to the beach with such easy access. Overall a great home , definitely exceeded my expectations!

Great family vacation spot, 2 families, 6 kids and 4 adults.
The town house is absolutely beautiful and was a perfect vacation spot literally steps from the beach, plus a pool for when the waves are too rough. Loved every minute of our vacation!

Really close to everything you need in Destin. Great parking right at your front door , less then 3 min to the beach on your own private walkway. Less then 5 min drive to downtown. Very Clean ,Very comfortable . The outdoor grill was a nice plus. Everything was as promised .You need a better picture of the outdoor patio because that was just perfect for the 10 of us . Thank You ,we will find you again
