Lovely hidden gem
All was ok

Staff were lovely and cleaned our room straight away when we notified them that it hadn't been cleaned. Very apologetic.
Beds were comfy. Facilities were good. Unfortunately didn't get to try out the spa
The room had not been cleaned when we checked in. Bins were full. Dishes on sink. Bed not made. Dirty towels in bathroom. Not vacuumed.
Nails sticking out of carpet in kitchen. Informed staff.
Staircase railing dusty.

It was spacious and comfortable
The unit was in a bit of disrepair. The knobs on the cooker didn’t work properly which meant the gas was still on once the knob appeared to be off. The oven was dirty.

The room was away from the street and the gardens were pleasant. The manager and staff were friendly. The bed was good.
There was only free to air tv and room was dated and needing a refresh.
The neighbour left their tv on all night until they left at 6am and it was enough to keep me awake.
