We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay here. We are all adults and appreciated the privacy and super large spaces it provided. The giant rooftop deck also has awesome ocean view. Also short Uber rides to the many great dining areas in Lauderdale.

Our party of 8 loved staying in this beautiful home to celebrate a few of us celebrating a milestone birthday. This home is just as listed, large kitchen and living area, beautiful pool and spa area and we loved our time spent on the rooftop patio. It is a close walk to the beach. Pool toys and beach chairs/toys are in the garage. Excellent communication with the property manager. We couldn’t be happier with our choose.

We have rented several houses in the vicinity and this is the only one that had seating enough for the amount of people it slept. Lovely decor. Roof deck has amazing ocean view.

This house was fabulous! It was right by the beach, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was clean and provided all important amenities. We had a great time!

This home was everything as advertised and more. Beautiful spacious home. We were a group of 5 adults and were very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Convenience of the beach just steps away was an amazing plus. The upstairs bedrooms gave breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. Just lots of space to lounge and enjoy. The host/owner is amazingly helpful and accommodating. There is a property manager nearby to address any on-site concerns or needs.

I would definitely rent this house again. House is gorgeous, very clean and in a safe location. It was too hot to walk anywhere but we had a car so it was perfect.

Great family vacation! Comfortable beds, incredible pool and living space. Very minimal complaints such as pool light working inconsistently; otherwise, everything is as advertised and a wonderful place to stay for both adults and kids of all ages.

Wow! What an incredible vacation renting this home. The location to the beach, the amenities, and the views were breathtaking!

House is nice, kitchen needs a little updating, but overall great space for large group. We had some issues with communication regarding pool being serviced, but management was fast to fix the issues. Overall would stay here again due to the proximity to the beach and space for guests.

First off, I'd like to say that the communication was great. Before we got to the villa, Isabella made sure to reach out and provide the details we needed. She even allowed us to move our time frame one day earlier because of a change in our schedule. During our stay, Bianca was great at communicating and after the stay, Isabella reached back out to check in on our stay. Second, the place was beautiful. It had exactly the amount of room we needed to enjoy each other (party of 6) and also have enough space to spread out and do our own things when needed. The villa was so close the beach (a 1 minute walk). We also enjoyed the wildlife around the villa. We saw iguanas, geckos and a crab when we'd be sitting out by the pool. The kitchen was also well stocked and we made good use of it. There are also some great restaurants located within minutes of the villa. During the time we were there, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water, so we didn't spend much time on the beach. This was totally okay because the villa has a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, which we used a lot! Overall it was a great stay and the rest we all needed. We were all thankful for the blessing of relaxation at Berkley's Beach Villa.

Beautiful property across from the beach in gorgeous high-end section of Ft Lauderdale. Home and property true to the listing, and met our expectations. Master bedroom king bed was a dream, perfect soft-to-firm ratio which is immensely important to get good sleep especially when on vacation! This home had everything our family of 6 needed including plenty of space for everyone. The kids could swim in the pool and we could relax on the patio, or hot tub, or keep an eye on them from the living room/kitchen area, just off the patio. Also, the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and eat there.. I loved that pretty kitchen island! The coolest thing is the third floor roof top patio! Great place to hang out with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, or get a birds eye view of the back yard patio/pool/spa area. Conveniences and restaurants were close by too. Such a great home in an awesome location!

I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience. From the ease of checking in, to the beautiful accommodations, to a perfect location, to a plentiful supply of bath towels, toiletries, beach equipment, everything was terrific. My family is looking forward to staying at this property again!!

The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures, which usually isn't the case. The kitchen was a dream to be in and was fully stocked. Each bedroom was nice and big with comfortable beds. The rooftop area was so much fun, with an incredible view. The house was really clean too. We will definitely be back!

Honestly we couldn't of been happier with our stay. This home has plenty of room and was perfect for our group of 6 with room to spare. The rooftop deck was perfect for hanging out at night and the pool area is perfect during the day and very private. The walk to the beach is less than a block and the beach has plenty of room on it. We will definitely be staying here again!!
