Arts Hotel by Square

You may take one day to get acclimatize to this set-up, but for a longer stay it is a delightful property. Cleanliness is top notch. Amenities such as drinking water, tea, coffee, fruits, microwave, air-fryer and dishes are abundant and makes you feel at home. Room cleaning is daily. We got our room changed after we complained with some personal issues. Owner Mr. Livan has carved this property with utmost detailing for guest comfort. Manager Anna and the housekeeping lady were professional and caring.

There are communication gap with the hotel staff as they are only available on chats, sometimes this may bother you when in urgent need of some help, But this would be compensated by the overall warmth and comfort we experience during our stay here.

This was our second time staying at Arts Hotel by Square. We love the thoughtful helpfulness of the team, morning coffee and people watching on our balcony, the fresh water and coffee, and beautiful interior.

Great location, close to the bridge and a whole pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants; there are some shops around. The staff is friendly (saw someone at the time of the checkout) - if you plan to pay in cash, they might not have the change so better prepare in advance the exact sum Free tea, coffee and water + fridge in the common area.

There is no shower door or curtain in the bathroom (see photos) so one might flood the floor and it gets very slippery If you need anything during your stay, it might be problematic: - no chance to get extra hangers (only 2-3 provided) and/or towels (for the flooded bathroom) as there is no one at the property (the hotel team offered to bring those items in the evening but never specified what time) - ironing board is hard to use - there is new thick blanket type cover on it - there was a stain on my bed sheet when I arrived - plates and cups in the common area had stains It says in the description that there is no elevator, be prepared to climb lots of stairs - not recommended if you have bulky luggage UPD: the hotel team reached out after my review and made sure they understood what went wrong, apologized for the hangers/towels and promised that they would change the ironing board soon and really cared for the feedback and took reviews seriously. That really feels good and I'd actually recommend this place as people are eager and change things that might not work at first.

Location was good.

The hotel room was small and tired. No drinking water in the room, not even glasses. No windows, the carpets were so tired and looked extremelly dirty.
