All types of facilities were to good . And staff behaviour also very good . Mr. Rupesh kumar is very friendly person.

Service

Room was clean. Bedsheet, towels were clean.

Poor service, lift not operating. Tea maker not in room. Soap despenser empty. Plumbing fitting for shower not working. Noisy.

Hot water was not coming although geaser was on.

It has overall good ambience. Also the restaurant & food was too pretty good.

Room size and cleanliness

The reception staff was very unprofessional. Both night shift & day shift staff were rude. Specially night shift receptionist named Rahul was not good. He asked for money every time we cross the reception. I requested early check in for 2 hours because we were arriving hotel from Rajasthan. He didn't accepted the request even the room was available. He gave me room @20% additional rent. I agreed, but at the time of checkout, he charged 20% of full stay of 2 nights. That was completely unfair and it took me half an hour to explain that if I checked in 2 hours early on arrival, how he can charge me additional rent of full stay. And also I asked to clean the room when I was going out in the morning. But when I came back, they didn't clean the room and mentioned that housekeeping staff didn't know about it. So completely unprofessional staff. Hotel is good regarding location, room size and amenities.
