Walk to School House Pond in Chatham.
Questa casa di 2500 mq ha 3 anni e offre tutti i giocattoli tra cui una vasca idromassaggio, una sauna, biciclette e kayak per gli ospiti. Dalla vetrata nel ponte di osservazione alla buca per il fuoco nel cortile sul retro, la struttura offre solitudine in un quartiere tranquillo a soli 200yds da West Pond (Goose Pond), parco giochi con impianto di skateboard e pista ciclabile. Un open space è perfetto per una grande riunione, i pasti o i tempi di gioco della famiglia. La cucina è completa di tutti gli utensili da cucina, dispensa e un'isola con posti a sedere. Il grande tavolo da pranzo è perfetto per gruppi numerosi con una griglia a pochi passi sul ponte. Il loft offre una zona notte per 4 e l'accesso alla bolla di osservazione e al ponte superiore. Questo noleggio accetta animali domestici in modo da poter portare il cane. Gli affittuari forniscono biancheria e asciugamani propri.

We stayed here 2 years ago and had a great time - but this time, we had a puppy with us and we discovered what a paradise it is for pooches! Our dog lived her best life at this house, thanks to all of the doggy conveniences (including a spare crate and a tie-out that we could move around the yard). We didn't even get to the hot tub and sauna this time. There were plenty of beds for the occasional overnight guest, and we enjoyed the nice weather from the various decks, porches, and other outdoor areas. We used the fire pit several times - s'mores, anyone? The house was a terrific home base from which to explore the Cape. The owners were kind and attentive, too.

Great home, has everything you need. The only downside is the air quality. The house is large so two AC's in the bedrooms did not work well, plus they were old and smelled mildewy so we turned one off and used fans and windows. We were so lucky it was not an extremely hot week because it would have been unbearable. I think if newer and higher BTU output air conditioners were put in it would make a big difference.

House was larger than expected. Ample yard space, plenty of room all around for our family of six plus a dog. Walking distance toVolunteer park, which connects to the rail trail. We biked to the beach. House was clean with all needed cooking essentials. It got very warm inside, the bedrooms had AC which made those rooms comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of AC in main living areas. Overall it was a great house and we'd book it again!

The good -- large home, washer and dryer, well-supplied, private yard and walking distance to Goose Pond.
The bad -- the ad prominently listed air conditioning, but it was only in two bedrooms. Consequently, the rest of the house was unbearably hot for most of the day.
The "observation room" may have been great for hot yoga classes, but we never used it.
The wall-to-wall carpeting was well beyond needing removal and replacement.
Very unimpressed with the overall cleanliness of thge home..
Too much clutter throughout the house, including the walls. Also, IMO, the jacuzzi and sauna combo is overkill since they squeezed both items in the basemant. Pick one over the other or move the jacuzzi outdoors.
Outside landscaping maintenance seemed non-existent.
The house has a lot of potential, but needs TLC and updating.
