Very nice and helpful staff. We arrived very late in the evening, and he came to give us the key and to offer us a warm welcome. Very much appreciated!

short notice availability, and accomodating staff made for a very nice experience in arosa. overall a very nice youth hostel.
having to go through the ski storage to get to our rooms was less than ideal. the youths staying there were very party-hungry which dictated a jovial ambiance. but the quiet hours were observed and we got good sleep in our bunks.

Breakfast was OK
The rooms were very small and located in the basement of the building next to the ski room--so the entire basement smelled of stinky ski boots. The place was full so bathrooms got dirty very fast.
