Very spacious villa,3 big bedrooms. 2 tv rooms great for a group. Near enough to Uluwatu by bike/car. Beds clean

Spacious villa. Good hot water supply. Regular cleaning. They helped sort out the wifi to get the TV working.
Property is due some maintenance. Walls need a clean. There was a smell in one bathroom most of our stay. The garden was tidy, but the bamboo needs pruning and the sun umbrella was very mouldy. Kitchen had no plug for dishes. Could do with better pots and pans for cooking. Difficult to communicate with housekeeping due to language differences. We broke 2 glasses during our 12 day stay and they chased us to pay for them, even coming to our next place in Ubud. As a family, I think the odd breakage is to be expected.

Everything we needed for a girls trip away. Whilst we didn't spend much time in the villa, it was located reasonably well, walking distance (a reasonable walk though) to restaurants etc. Very clean. Quiet area.
The air conditioners didn't seem to work very well so it felt really hot inside. It was quite a compact villa.

House was nice and comfortable.
the smell upstairs is horrible, hard to communicate with staff even if they were online unprofessional.

"this place is huge and tucked away. The staff and chef was an amazing lady that made you feel like you were at home. She took care of anything you needed."
