Spacious room. Kind staff who gave us a water bottle each every day.
The wifi was quite slow. The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but is easy to reach by Grab.

Superb value for money. For a budget traveller/backpacker, it's perfect. Friendly hosts
The building is quite old and run down. Could do with some maintenance

the location is just strategic.near the big road so many convenience stores and restaurants or cafes. it’s easy access for online food delivery
the ceiling is moldy, and the wifi is poor in our room (no.8) can connected only behind the door.so sad
