On arrival, the bus boy or luggage man was generous and strong
The reception girl was beautifully dressed and presented, very professional , and asked if we need anything prior to going to our room

Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the lady who does the beauty services! She was great and having that option adds to the customer experience. The room was big and the air con was strong.
Wifi was weak and the water didn't drain very well in the bathroom. There was some dust/dirt down the side of the bed which seemingly hadn't been cleaned in a while
