Anita and the reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly.. The proximity to trains, buses and trams is excellent. The location is close to the old city, markets and the Cathedral. The rooms are clean and spacious.
The room lighting needs to be improved with bedside lights.

The communication was great, very clear instructions for accessing the building and my room for late check in.
Can see the property from the train station, extremely convenient.
Felt safe as a lone traveller.
It was noisy with various clunking noises and could clearly hear people in other rooms.

The location is great, very close to the Centrale train station. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, with good air-con.
It's not really a criticism, more an FYI: this property has no lift/elevator, so be prepared to carry heavy bags up stairs!

The A/C doesn’t cool properly — it’s locked at a minimum of 23°C and the fan barely blows. No breakfast either.
