The location, the yard, dog friendly, kitchen, size of the rooms and bathroom.

The location was really great because it was on the edge of a neighborhood, which itself was on the edge of a town, which was just outside of the Wiesbaden area. So it was VERY quiet, but convenient to where we wanted to spend time. It was also great that it has a fenced yard, and they accepted pets (with an additional cleaning fee). Although we're a couple without kids, it's great for a small family as well. TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, with common apps like Netflix, etc.
Not much! Might need a few kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, etc), but everything else you might need is provided!
