Affacciato su Broughton Street, risalente al 1870, questo loft urbano a due piani rinnovato è pieno di carattere e situato nel cuore di tutto. A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e locali notturni. Dopo aver subito un ampio rinnovamento, vedrai perché vale la pena prenotare questa proprietà!
Mattoni a vista, pavimenti in legno originali e luce naturale rendono davvero vivo questo spazio. L'open space è perfetto per intrattenere e conversare con gli ospiti. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in marmo lucido e una grande isola che si affaccia sullo spazio abitativo. A lato, un grande tavolo da pranzo ideale per servire i pasti cucinati in casa.
Il soggiorno dispone di un ampio sezionale e di un imponente televisore a schermo piatto intelligente. Radunati per una notte o per alcuni giochi divertenti. La camera da letto principale si trova anche su questo piano, con un letto king size e un bagno privato che si collega al soggiorno.
Al piano superiore, due camere da letto aggiuntive, due bagni e un angolo lettura. La seconda camera offre un letto king size, che può ospitare comodamente due persone, mentre dall'altra parte della hall è possibile trovare due letti matrimoniali perfetti per quattro. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail made it feel welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect, the check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. It was clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating such a warm and inviting space.We happened to be visiting Savannah for a family funeral, and having such a peaceful, comfortable place to return to each day made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

We had an amazing stay! It was just me and two girlfriends, and everything exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, easy to access and two of us had cars that we parked in a nearby garage no problem. The inside was absolutely gorgeous, the exposed brick walls added so much character, and the windows overlooking the city were stunning. Even though we were right in the middle of everything, it was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here againLucky Savannah made the experience so smooth. They were super helpful and responsive, and I would absolutely book directly with them again in the future.

We arrived to the rental property at 4:30 for check-in and had no running water. We contacted Lucky Savannah and we were told someone was coming out to check out the issue but that if it wasn’t resolved we would have to be relocated. This fiasco went on for 4 hours as we didn’t get running water back until 8:30pm. The communication from Lucky Savannah to us was awful. We missed dinner plans, couldn’t unpack our cars and we were not being given an answer on whether it was fixable or if we were being relocated. We constantly had to call the office to follow up with the status on maintenance because although they stated we’d be getting updates, we received none. So we were stuck in a house that we couldn’t use the facilities and they were in no hurry whatsoever. We were woken up each morning by construction going on in the building below us. (Drilling, metal banging around and building shaking, etc) Never was it communicated to us that there would be construction going on in the building, we couldn’t have slept in if we wanted to.
So although the location was awesome and the loft was beautiful, we lost out on sleep and plans that we paid for, for their lack of communication and professionalism.
