La location est super. Il faut être adepte des nouvelles technologies pour profitez pleinement de toutes les fonctions de domotiques disponibles.

On a eu du mal a se faire, au début, avec la gestion des lumières allumées/éteintes et le fort éclairage dans la salle à manger.

The location was a bit "back street" but quiet.

The electronic gadgets did not always work as expected especially the lights. OK Google was quite useful for controlling the heating and answering questions.

The location was great, and the security features excellent, if a little challenging at times for us as older travelers. The decor of the apartment was delightful, and the equipment of a high standard, though we would have appreciated more chairs in the lounge, so it would serve well for conversation as well as screen viewing.

I phoned the host several days before arrival to request that the QR code for entrance to the apartment be sent direct to me, wife of the booking holder, because the booking holder was ill and had returned to Australia. I was promised that the code would be sent to my phone. However, this never happened. It was sent to my husband in Australia, who forwarded it to me, but the several forwards made access impossible for me. I had to consult IT support before I could access the code. This was very stressful! I m not sure if Booking.com or the host was responsible, but the issue needs attention. Also, please provide more detailed instructions for the (excellent) electronic features in the apartment, for those not familiar with them.

The fact that there is no natural daylight at all, except in the lounge.

It was spotlessly clean, ultra modern, very comfortable. Very secure. It's a 'smart' apartment with Google Voice control. We made the most of it and it was good fun.

The appartment is really close to the center of the town, and the famouse Comédie square

This apartment definitely does not match the high ratings it has. Probably, that's because the amount of reviews is not really big. But we took are chance and, unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. - The apartment was really dirty and was not cleaned at all. Just as an example, on one of the photos below, you can see the color of water after we washed the floor at the first day of our stay - The overall condition of the apartment is very poor. It looks old and outdated. You can find a couple of the photos attached below to see how it truly looks, compared to the well-made pictures from the landlord. - The apartment is located on the ground floor. And for the 3 rooms and a kitchen it has only ONE window! So be prepared for the pale light conditions. Also because of the old stone walls - the air is moist and really smells of mould. So if you are not a big fan of living in a natural cave - keep that in mind also. - Although it's not far from the center, the apartment is located not at the best neighborhood around. Just check the street views from Google to see what we mean. Almost every night you will meet the groups of drunk local young people, while be coming back to the apartment. And that is to say the least.. - And finally - when we have shown the dirt and the bad cleaning of the apartment to the landlord - we were promised to be refunded for the cleaning services (it is included to the renting price). But he never did it.
