Subject: Excellent location, but poor maintenance and service "The apartment is in an amazing location, right next to all the major sights in Madrid.

It is comfortable for two people (definitely no more) and stays very warm. It overlooks a quiet courtyard/greenery, but please note that using the air conditioning at night is not allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is built with very cheap materials. The coffee maker was broken, and despite repeatedly asking for a replacement, they never provided one. For a 9-night stay, we were only given one set of sheets. Luckily, there were towels for four people, so we had enough clean towels for our stay. Additionally, the toilet seat was loose and unstable. Finally, the building entrance is extremely narrow, and you have to carry your suitcases up almost a full floor to reach the elevator, which is also very small.
