Stayed in a twin room. So spacious and exceptionally clean. No cobwebs anywhere which I can’t say for some motels. Beds very comfortable. Shower had amazing pressure. Would highly recommend this Motel. Very helpful and lovely staff. Great value for money. No outside traffic noise.

Excellent stay, super friendly staff, gave me dinner recommendations. Room is very clean, if anything a bit dated but perfectly comfortable.

Very easy to book and to collect keys. The room was clean, comfortable and tidy. It was great for the price and the length of stay.

... the air conditioning was inadequate for the size of the room

We didn’t have breakfast but staff were very accommodating because we asked for fresh milk and the room was lovely and quiet. Great to have a quiet air conditioner.

Could not fault this motel.

My room at the Victoriana was more like a small unit. Very large bedroom, small kitchenette area and very large bathroom with a large shower and a huge separate bathtub/spa. It was good to be able to spread out. On my second day in Ballarat it rained a lot and was quite cold so it was very welcoming to be able to return to my room and watch YouTube films in the large smart TV, I wasn't able to access SBS on Demand or ABC iView but maybe that was me not understanding the remote. In any case, my stay was very comfortable and would consider staying there again on my next visit to Ballarat.

There is a toaster and a microwave for heating up take away food but no plates or cutlery were provided in the cupboard. I had to ask reception for these. It would be better if they were kept in the cupboard along with the provided cups and saucers. Also, dishwashing detergent would be good. There is a chux cloth provided. I also could not work out how to turn on the spa. I followed instructions in the folder but they are different from the actual controls on the side of the spa. In any case, I managed to have a lovely deep and very warm bath in the huge bathtub big enough to fit a couple of people.

Customer service and cleanliness beyond reproach. That alone will have me returning. Being just a little out of the way, really not far at all, was great. As, it meant it was quiet.
