Facility was clean and host provided enough kitchen essentials for my stay. Bed was comfortable too. I had stay here 2 years ago for close to 3 weeks and was thrilled with the condo. So I decided to return. Will do so again in the future.
The hefty cleaning fee, as I always clean up after my stay and treat any property as if it where my own home. But I do understand reason behind fee, as some visitors may not tidy up after themselves.

Property was well equipped and clean. We had an issue with the coffee maker but the host responded immediately when we informed them and the machine was sorted. We were impressed to find beach chairs and towels provided.
It is a ground floor apartment and anyone walking on the floor of the apartment above could be heard clearly. Luckily the occupants seemed to be in bed at roughly the same time as ourselves so the noise did not intrude upon our sleep. There was also a good deal of road noise from the nearby busy street but we quickly got used to that.

the condo is great, however there needs to be a handrail along the outside concrete steps.I have bad knees and it was difficult for me.

Excellent location to downtown Dunedin. Pinellas trail across the street. Very clean.

This little condo is close to everything! There is a driving range and walking trail literally across the street. Fully furnished with everything you need; including washer/dryer/laundry detergent. Great place to stay! I have stayed at the condo above and this one and they are both great!
Bathtub drain doesn’t work so shower is the only option. Was fine for me and I did not notify maintenance.
