Our extended family, 6 adults and 6 children ages 6-14, had a MARVELOUS vacation at this residence. The semi private beach is only a short walk away with easy access. The facility provides everything that is needed for a fun beach outing, including beach chairs and umbrellas, sand buckets and shovels, fish nets, boogie boards, and wagons to haul everything to the beach. The house itself is very spacious and well stocked with amenities including beach towels and items for the pool. There is plenty of silverware, plates, cups and glasses along with 2 dishwashers. Everyone enjoyed the downstairs game room playing ping pong, air hockey, and foosball The view of the ocean from the verandas was outstanding and each level had enough furniture to serve as a gathering spot for our sunset happy hours. Communication with the owner was excellent providing a prompt response to any of our inquiries. The owner even reached out to us unsolicited in the middle of our stay to insure that all of our expectations were being fulfilled and handle any additional questions that we might have had. Having 3 separate refrigerators was a definite plus considering the age range of our children. Plenty of room at the rear of the residence for parking. The Big Chill food area, with several food venues and an ice cream shop, is within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property and it is unfortunate that it is already booked for the time frame of our next year’s vacation in the area

Our entire extended family - our 3 boys with their wives and 9 grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful week at Seacrest. I especially loved the multiple decks with the views of the ocean. This home was so well equipped with everything we would need from every kitchen utensil to bikes, chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect.

We stayed at this property Memorial Day week. The house had great reviews and was even better than expected. The property owners have everything you want and more from fully stocked kitchen to multiple beach wagons, bikes, pool table, air hockey, etc. my children and grandchildren from ages 5-17 all had a great time. Only sad because they were already booked for next year.

Our stay at Seek Rest was one for the books! Four families came together with 8 adults and 10 children ages 2-11. We had tons of room to spread out. The house was incredibly well equipped- all baby supplies, games, beach toys, beach chairs, and kitchen necessities (three refrigerators and an ice maker). The kids loved the two game rooms and pool while the adults loved both back porches. The private beach was gorgeous and a short walk. Location was perfect-within minutes (bike or golf cart ride) to everything! We will be back. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

Everything is laid out perfectly! Bedrooms were a perfect fit, each family had a private master suite; with trundle and crib for the littles! The cousins loved sharing the bunk rooms! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! We enjoyed the 3rd floor Master, we slept with the sliding door open listening to the sounds of the waves. The game rooms were a hit for all! We had the pool heated, best investment, even I got in the pool! The kids swam daily except during the storms. We sat around the pool on days with heavy winds, the fence around the pool blocks it well. There are plenty of life vests, goggles, baby float and pool toys! We enjoyed s’mores by the fire a bonus for all. I love to bake with the kids, everything I needed from kitchen aid mixer to a rolling pin was available. We played Uno with our grands and Mexican Train with our adult kids. (Left these for future guests) Beach access was close, used carts for chairs and beach toys(which are plentiful) Quiet beautiful beach with emerald green water and sand is like powder sugar! Plenty of beach towels. Living room was spacious to hangout as a family; dining room and the bar counter sat our family comfortably. Our Daughter in loves said they never felt on top of each other! Small gated community right on the 30A between Alys Beach and Seacrest. Owner and Property Manager responsive within minutes, had an issue and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Book this home it’s a Quiet Hidden Gem!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. We had a group of 14 (7 adults & 7 teenagers/children) and we had plenty of space. The house is beautiful, well maintained and impeccably decorated. The owner checked in with me on day 1 to make sure everything was to our liking. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning in the future.

Our extended family of 20 (including ten children between the ages of 1 and 9) can't say enough good things about our stay. As others have mentioned, the home is furnished with everything you could possibly want -- and more! All the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and best of all, there was plenty of community space to spread out thanks to the table tennis/air hockey room, the billiards room, and the wonderful living room. The extra space was what sold us on this particular house and we really appreciated being able to spread out. We had planned to bike a lot during our stay, so we rented bike trailers for the little ones to attach to the bikes at the house (Frankie's was great and came right to the house to deliver and install them). The children's favorite trip was to the Alys playground. Because the weather was cooler during our stay, with high temps in the mid 50s, we were really glad we paid to heat the pool, as everyone had a great time in it! There is a Publix only 5 minutes away so grocery runs were a breeze. The beach was a 5 minute walk down the street and we visited there each day where we practically had the sand to ourselves! Finally, Kathy was great to work with. She checked in with us by phone as soon as we arrived and was always reachable via text or VRBO messaging before and during our stay. All in all a fabulous location for our family reunion and I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to others.

I found this property on VRBO. The pictures and descriptions were absolutely consistent with what we found. The home is equipped with anything and everything you could want, need, desire. Kitchen has two full sized refrigerators, a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, several sets of dishes, silverware and glassware. The owner has every cabinet, drawer, etc labeled to help you navigate the kitchen, lighting and closets. We were 12 adults, three generations, 18-77. The bedrooms have comfortable king beds and the two bunk rooms each have four queens. There were three gathering/ game areas and two decks. Plenty of room to separate and come together. The dining table comfortably holds 12. The property manager was very responsive. The only thing this house is missing is an elevator. And, we managed perfectly well without it. This house is a dream! They have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay easy and fun. We had four adult couples and kids ranging in age from 10-21. Plenty of space for everyone, whether they wanted to be social or spend time alone. The property manager was quick to respond to the couple tiny issues we had (an umbrella and a shelf in the fridge). The house is immaculate and just so well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely book this home again!

This property is absolutely amazing. There were so many different areas for people to have their own space and have so much fun. Every amenity was fabulous. Tons of beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes. Do not bring your own. Communication with the owner was amazing and prompt when needed. Great location amazing deck views and so very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Cannot say enough about this house! Thank you for a great week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kathy was an excellent, communicative host. The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It had an amazing ocean view and breeze! We were traveling with several small children and were very impressed with how well equipped the house was with all the gear we could ever need! We were also impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked! I would definitely recommend this rental home to anyone going on an extended family beach trip!

What a great week we had! The house was perfect, we had every bed filled and it still seemed like we all had plenty of space. Living areas on each floor gave us room to spread out! EVERYTHING YOU need is here! Kitchen is well equipped, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, coolers, beach stroller/wagon…the list goes on! TVs in every area, extra blankets and an abundance of towels! 10 minute bike ride to the hub or alys beach. The kids really enjoyed having the freedom to come and go. The owners were great to work with as well. Great experience and we will go back!

Unfortunately we had rain and double red flags all 6 days of our trip and the house amenities saved us. We rode bikes every break in the rain and played lots of ping pong, air hockey and pool. PROs: The home is large enough that a large group (even stuck inside most of the time) has enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. The pool was also great to have but we didn’t get much use out of it due to the storms. The house is stocked with anything you could need for beach/pool supplies. We brought our own wagons and chairs because usually when listings say they have these things they really don’t or there isn’t enough but there is plenty of all of these types of needs here so you really don’t need to bring your own. Having 3 refrigerators, two dishwashers and two washer/dryer units was great. Kathy was quick to respond to all needs during our stay. Loved the labels on everything! Biking to the left takes you to the Hub in less than a mile so a really easy trip for ice cream, food and shopping and to the right is Alys and Rosemary beach’s for other adventures. It was great being so close to everything that you could bike there. The house is also full of games should you need those. CONS: No real cons but felt it may help another renter to mention a few things. We only brought 4 vehicles (2 large SUVs and 2 trucks) and a small trailer and struggled to fit in the parking area. If you will need to park more than 4, it will be tough to get in/out or fit. The driveway is very tight so again, large vehicles will need to be really careful not to scrape against a tree or bush. The walkway to the beach is quite grown over making it much smaller than it really is and hard when two groups are passing with wagons. I don’t think the trash pickup came when we were there. Upon arriving one can was full from the party prior and although we put everything out at the times provided we didn’t see them emptied, so we’re still full as we left. A bit unexpected were cameras outside pointing at the patio and pool area. Totally understand the cameras but having one on the bottom and 2nd floor balcony pointing at where you sit to hang out/swim was not something we have experienced before. I would rent again if we decide to come back to this area and certainly recommend the property to anyone. Great, responsive host and beautiful home :) thank you for sharing your slice of paradise.

This house is wonderful. Everything you need is here. Multiple washer/dryers, multiple dish washers, plenty of dishes, all sorts of appliances to make your stay comfortable. TVs in every room, comfortable seating in all rooms. Large bedrooms—with bathrooms. Game room to keep the kids busy. All sorts of beach items and wagons/ carts to take to the beach. (Also beach towels are supplied). It is a fantastic property and I would highly recommend coming here. Thank you Kathy

Rented this house for a family birthday celebration. Perfect location. The house was very clean and we very much appreciated the supply of dish soap and hand soap. Look forward to another stay.

Seek rest by the sea was the perfect place for our family to get together for Christmas. The home is so well appointed. All of the beach gear and toys you could want. Pool toys galore. Plenty of pool and beach towels. Bikes, even a few helmets. Nice outdoor gas grill, plumbed in so no need for propane tanks. Fire pit (bring your own firewood). 2 washer/dryers. 3 dishwashers. 3 fridge-freezers. Very well stocked kitchen including a kitchen aid mixer, all the pots and pans, utensils, plates and cups you would need for a large group. Dining table for 12. Comfy beds. Tons of space to play with two game rooms (converted garage with ping pong and foosball, and 3rd floor billiards room). Tons of gear for people with babies. 2 cribs. In closets I saw at least one pack and play, stools for kids to reach sinks, high chairs. Even a baby bathtub. Safety gates where there is access to the pool. Note that even though there’s only 1 house between you and the beach there isn’t a walk over right across the street. So you walk down the road and several houses down there is a walk over with stairs. This didn’t bother us at all because it is such a quiet / private neighborhood and the winter weather was so pleasant. Views from the 2 decks are wonderful. We wanted seclusion as opposed to being in busy central Rosemary or Seaside and this was the perfect location for that with the private beach for this neighborhood. We did have one issue on arrival but Kathy was so responsive and quick to remedy that I would not consider it a drawback in the end. Excellent host. Would absolutely recommend this place, especially for families.
