Great location, we were in Lancefield for a wedding and this was a great central spot to base ourselves from. Right off the main road and a short walk to the main street.
Very charming buildings and the in room decor fits in with the cottage vibes of the property.
It's an older style property and the mattress wasn't the best but it was fine for the night.
Despite the older mattress there were a lot of comfy blankets and pillows so still a good sleep.

The rom was nice, good size, but needs a little maintenance location was good, but noisy traffic on the last day - Monday from early morning, trucks using air brakes etc
Driving, up, it has no kerb appeal, you just about thinking off driving off, needs some serious maintenance outside, the gardens are over grown, driveway full of pop holes and I would say the place hasn't seen a paint brush.since it was built

Nice rooms
Sauna and spa could be more obvious. Pizza bar could be open for lunch.
