Hotel GrandBach Sendai

Good location, nice staff, room was small but ok. There was live music played in the main hall when I arrived.

Because the room wasn't that big the sink was creatively stored in a cupboard/desk outside the bathroom which was a bit impractical. Also my neck didn't like the cushions.

Rooms are really nice and the hotel location is terrific.

Rooms are expensive.

We had a great 3-day stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, within walking distance of Sendai Station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, making it so easy to explore the area. The staff were kind and welcoming, and our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The hotel also offers breakfast, welcome drinks, and late-night snacks, including your choice of noodle dish, which is such a nice added perk! We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or welcome drinks, but loved that these options were available. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sendai!

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Excellent location a short walk from the station towards the baseball stadium. Lots of places to eat, drink, shop nearby. Very clean and up to date room and very inviting lobby area. Helpful staff, drinks/snacks/noodles available from mid afternoon to 11pm. Pleasant single sex hot bathing area on the top floor and inexpensive laundry facilities.
