Staff were very polite and helpful throughout - really appreciate their help in passing on local contacts and helping us check in and check out at odd times
No lift, so carrying heavy suitcases was difficult - the staff did offer to carry it, but we felt it was unfair to the staff to make them carry a 30kg suitcase across 3 floors, so we left it in the storage below

Location is not so specific.
I had to go early morning to havelock island, so I skipped the breakfast.
But, hotel provided the sandwich breakfast as take away - as usual menu

The location is central, which is the best part about the island cliff.
The breakfast is in the room, so that gets a little chaotic along with the flight of stairs to your room.
