We stayed in what seemed like a recently refurbished room, every was clean and comfortable. Convenient location close to the motorway and a short walk to some places to eat, also the tramline into Bordeaux
The first impression on arrival at the hotel was not good due to the state of the grounds

A good overnight stay near to the motorway with friendly receptionist and safe parking.
Bed was clean and comfy but mattress very soft

I liked the parking inside the facilities.
The flimsy construction that due to the general low number of guests didn’t reveal itself to be a problem.
