bathroom lights would not go out and had to shut them to sleep in th electric board

This is a very comfortable big room in the town centre of Vila Real, near restaurants, the river, and stores. Perfect if you want a quiet space as well. The room is big, and the mattress is very good. Because the rooms are on the top floor it's very quiet during the evening, you don't hear any noise from the streets.

It was modern, clean and spacious in a very good location.

We had difficulty actually getting in to the guest house as it was only accessible by lift and there was a code, which we didn’t have. we were helped out by a shop owner who actually knew the owner and phoned him on her mobile. if she had not done so we would have not been able to enter.

The room is absolutely great, the bed is super comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The interior design is a plus. The location is great, nearly great pastry shops and the city main square.

I think the check in could be easier and efficient, once they didn’t send me any message or email with the info about how to do it until I insist and they also first sent me to the wrong room that were occupied, luckily nobody was there when we opened the door.

Nicely decorated and comfy room in the pedestrian area of Villa Real. Our host provided the access codes by phone upon arrival. He gave some tips for dining, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

Nothing really. The city itself is not so interesting for tourists. But it's a good base for visiting the area. Free parking after 7pm.
