Upon checking into our cabin that night the heat was down to 40 degrees and took hours to warm the place up.
There were no extra blankets anywhere.
The hot water heater must not be very big because the hot water doesn’t last very long.
Not very secluded lots of close neighbors . One of the nights of our stay the neighbors dog barked all night long.
These were the reasonings for only 3 stars.

This little house was AMAZING! We got there after dark and woke up to an amazing view right outside the window. It was truly a wonderful weekend. It is also the perfect distance from Yellowstone! The cabin is small, which was perfect for just my wife and I. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to add just a little more light outside. Since we got there after dark, it was hard to see, you may benefit from bringing a flashlight!

We arrived at our cabin after dark and were pleasantly surprised when we woke up the next morning to see the stunning views. Pictures shown, do it justice. Beautiful views and cabin was perfect for my husband & me.

Can’t even describe the beauty and the place was amazing in every way. Watch sun come up in the morning, on the porch and go down every night. The reflection of the sun going down on the mountains, was more beautiful than the sun set. Thank you for everything.

Very nice cabin situated on a hill overlooking the Valley. Very clean and nicely decorated. We were there for a concert in Emigrant so the location was ideal- only 8 miles away. You can hear traffic from the highway when you’re out on the deck but we couldn’t hear it at all in the cabin. The AC was good! Very neat place!

Excellent spot for myself, husband, and adult daughter. Wedding weekend at Sage Lodge and the Cowboy cabin was perfect. Clean, very well appointed, cute decor. Had everything we needed. Would book again!

This was one of the best bookings we've had as a family. The location was awesome. We will book this place again in the future. We were within an hour of yellowstone as the list states. We loved just opening the windows gazing at the mountains! We made several day trips which included Lamar Valley, West Yellowstone, Mammoth Hotsprings & Yellowstone Hotsprings. Groceries and pubs are within 15 mins. I assure you, this is the place!! Loved, loved, loved this cabin! No complaints at all!!!!

Location was great! Close enough to both town and multiple hot springs/hiking/river! Very clean and felt safe.
However, was not able to cook any food as grill was out of propane and there was no oven. Some minor amenities were missing that would have been nice like no extra blankets, extra towels, or dish towels available.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin South of Livingston. It was clean, well stocked and had awesome views of the mountains. The communication with the property manager was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

Small yet amazingly beautiful setting for our weekend in Paradise Valley and pine creek. The hosts have a beautiful home and my son loved checking out the horses and farm animals. We will be back soon!

Sweet Cozy Cabin
This home was even better than the photos! The location is great, the bed and couch were comfortable and the views, and fire pit outside make this spot so special. We ate breakfast and dinner outside on the decks cafe style seating while looking at the mountains. It’s clearly a new build and was so clean and sleek while still feeling like a cozy cabin. The kitchen was nicely equipped with pots & pans as well as tons of spices and condiments. We loved this spot for a couples road trip to Yellowstone and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed in the “cowboy” cabin for our anniversary trip out west. It far exceeded expectations! The cabin is very new, so everything is in great shape and it was very clean. There is a full kitchen (minus an oven) with all you need to cook. The front deck was amazing to sit and relax and admire the beautiful scenery. There are two other cabins on the property, so it’s not totally remote, but you definitely have your privacy. Super convenient drive to the grocery store and to Livingston, and about 40 mins from the Yellowstone gate. The owners were great and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend!

The view was breathtaking! The cabin had everything needed for a weekend getaway! The outside grill was a great touch with outside patio furniture to enjoy outside meals. Abosutely loved it!

Great View
This Property was perfect for my husband and my get away weekend over Valentines Day. It is located close enough to Chico that you could drive over and soak! Bed was comfortable and The Mountain view was great to watch the sun rise!
