Situata al piano terra di una casa a 2 piani, dotata di accesso indipendente, questa casa indipendente con 2 camere da letto offre tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta ed è perfettamente adatta per la fuga di un fine settimana o un soggiorno prolungato durante le vacanze. Posizione Prime North Avoca con una facile passeggiata di 2 minuti dalla spiaggia, il surf club e una breve passeggiata per il caffè locale molto apprezzato - The Boy & the Rose.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con accesso diretto al lussureggiante giardino verde, La seconda camera ha un letto a castello con un letto singolo in alto e letto matrimoniale in basso. Dispone inoltre di un letto estraibile singolo aggiuntivo in basso, per un totale di 6 persone.
La zona giorno Open Plan offre molto spazio per rilassarsi, offrendo servizi moderni tra cui una TV a grande schermo e Netflix in dotazione. Sono inclusi anche una selezione di giochi da tavolo per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile.
Cucina e zona pranzo complete di piano cottura, forno, microonde, pentole, elettrodomestici di base, macchina da caffè Nespresso con cialde, bustine di tè, cioccolata calda, latte e ingredienti base per cucinare, inclusi olio d'oliva, sale, pepe, zucchero e asciugamani di carta.
Offriamo un bagno combinato e lavanderia piena di tutto il necessario tra cui asciugamani, shampoo, balsamo, sapone e asciugacapelli. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice con polvere di bucato fornita.
Un rigoglioso giardino con area di intrattenimento all'aperto e barbecue.

After a disappointing start to the holiday, whereby we couldn't get in contact with the owner for 1.5hrs to get the check-in code, the rest of the holiday was great. The property is in a fabulous location right near Nth Avoca beach and cafe, it was very clean with linen provided, and pet-friendly which was a must for us. The owner offered us a late check-out of 12pm due to the miscommunication at the start which was well received. Although there is apparently someone living upstairs, we never saw or heard them, so felt it was very private. I would recommend this property.

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The location is terrific. North Avoca has all the essentials (cafe, general store and surf club) and its only a 15-20 minute walk down the beach to Avoca if the surf is a bit messy at the North end of the beach for the kids.
The property is good and has all the essentials to make for a good family holiday with kids.

Clean, quiet, good location, verandah pet secure

We were able to check-in at around 3:30pm. The property was not ready as advised by the host because the Cleaner was late, although he confirmed at first that we can check-in at 1pm. We were okay with the late check-in as long as the property is clean as the price they charged us includes a cleaning fee. However, I don't think the property has been cleaned thoroughly. I needed to wipe the drawers in the main bedroom as they were dusty. There were bugs crawling on the floor and our dog keeped barking and chasing them. My son had to vaccum the floor to get rid of them. It was also weird why they have provided empty containers/bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I was expecting a bit more as I paid so much $$$ for 2 nights which I think was a bit too much for this property. I think it's fair if we could be reimbursed half the price for the cleaning fee they charged us. The only positive side of our stay is we enjoyed our time at the beach. We left early on our last day at around 8:30am.

It was a comfortable, clean property, conveniently located. Short stroll to beach, cafe and convenience store. Will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Beautiful house one block back from the beach. Perfect for our little girls trip. Avoca beach is perfect for day swims and Terrigal is a short drive for dinner or lunch. Thank you Sam

A few issues mainly in contacting host we were on the road to property and had to go through Stayz to get access instructions. Also no lights working in bathroom E mailed host but no reply. Property itself was basic but comfortable with excellent bedding and pillows. Whilst advertised as dog friendly there was no secure area which meant going down stairs onto front lawn on leash as road a bit busy. As the weather wet and cold this was a bit of a nuisance. Position was excellent 1 road back from beach and 5 minute walk to dog beach. Overall would stay again in good weather

Clean and bright. Quiet area. Less than 1 minute walk to coffee, general store and dog friendly beach. Few minutes drive to Terrigal cafes and restaurants. Fabulous

We had a lovely time staying here, check-in and checkout was easy, and it's a lovely property with a nice outdoor dining space and grill. The beach is a very short walk away as there is a footpath directly there from the house, and for those who swim between the flags the surf lifesavers set up very close to the house as well. I'd happily stay here again. Our only minor complaint was that there was no baking tray to use the oven, and the knives were almost unusable dull, but hopefully that will be resolved for the next guest :)

This place is sensational. Close to the beach with general store in walking distance. Dogs allowed on beach with plenty of room to run around with. House has everything you need and looks lovely. Outdoor shower, expresso machine, washer, dryer, great veranda with lovely back garden views. We loved this place and will be back.

Beach home stay
Wonderful, clean home in a central location! Quick access to the beach and the main street of terrigal. Thank you for letting us stay, we will defiantly be back again in summer :)!
