The apartment was great value for money with the most positive aspects being the size of the apartment, cleanliness, and location as it was nearby a lot of shops, restaurants, and tube stops. Communication with the host was also very strong as they would reply to any messages I sent within a few hours, and sometimes within even less than an hour. One downside of the property was the check-in/check-out process in which you had to pick up/drop off keys at an offsite location. While the offsite location was nearby and within walking distance to the apartment, it was a minor inconvenience when considering the fact I had a lot of luggage to carry with me. Additionally, I had to check out very early in the morning which meant I had to drop of the keys while it was still dark out. It would have been more convenient if the keys were available for pickup/drop-off onsite of the apartment, or if access to the building/apartment was via a key pad with codes changed between guests to ensure safety. Even with this minor inconvenience considered though, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this property to other guests.

Incredible location to all London hot spots with great access to the tube. Very clean apartment.

The location was fantastic. The space was okay, although at times felt a little stuffy due to windows not being able to open fully. Shower was okay but the bottom of it flooded the bathroom if you didn’t stop half way through and turn it off Otherwise beautiful place

Could not get a hold of the host regarding the safety deposit.
