ENORME, splendidamente rinnovato, 2 + loft a tema montano, 3 bagni nella splendida fase V Snowcreek, 8 posti letto in stile. Troverai tonnellate di parcheggio appena fuori dal tuo ingresso privato al piano terra. Sali le scale interne e riscaldate fino al livello principale della residenza, dove troverai due grandi camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno con camino in pietra personalizzato e TV a schermo piatto / DVD, una cucina in stile galea magnificamente aggiornata con un bar per la colazione per quattro persone, nonché una grande sala da pranzo (posti a sedere per 8), lavanderia privata (in unità) e una terrazza privata al secondo piano con barbecue a gas (gas fornito). La camera da letto principale offre un grande e comodo letto king-size e un bagno privato altamente aggiornato con appuntamenti in pietra (solo doccia in piedi). La camera da letto due offre un letto matrimoniale con un bagno in comune splendidamente rinnovato appena fuori (con vasca e doccia). Passa al soppalco di terzo livello per una zona notte aggiuntiva con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato (con vasca e doccia). Il soggiorno offre ulteriori posti letto per due con un divano letto matrimoniale. È disponibile la connessione wifi gratuita, così come l'accesso alle vasche idromassaggio della comunità. Non fumare, niente animali.

Great location. We enjoyed our stay but would not book again. We got in after midnight with 3 kids and were woken up to the entire deck being ripped off and replaced. This lasted 2 days and it was so loud we could not sleep in and the kids could not nap. When we messaged about it, the management company was not aware which is very frustrating. They did offer for us to move locations but after being there and unpacking that would have been a huge inconvenience . So if you are booking you have to be prepared for any construction as it seems the HOA doesn’t communicate when this type of work is happening.Additionally the sheets are like paper. 3 of the 4 beds didn’t have the fitted sheet, just used a top sheet for the bottom so they never stayed on. The TV is very old and when trying to watch the anything it was so blurry and hard to follow. And there are not at all enough lights in the living room that we had to keep the kitchen lights on and it was still so dark in the evening.

One of our favorite places to stay in Mammoth so far and we’ve stayed at quite a few condos. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were great and there is plenty of parking.

This is a lovely condo just like all the others of this type that we have stayed in before. It is worth the extra money.
However, when we returned home we got an email accusing us of stealing an old snowshoe decoration off the wall. We called and told the manager that we saw only one snowshoe but they said they had a before/after picture. We, of course, had no idea of how many snowshoes there were supposed to be but told them that we saw a snowshoe tucked into a corner of the bedroom and asked that they go inspect. Instead they tried to charge our credit card $250. A week later I called again and they had found the hidden snowshoe. Now they claimed it must have been the renters before us. The photos must not have as definitive as they claimed.
If you rent from this outfit I suggest that you take your own set of pictures or make them do a walkaround with you.
