L'unità è decorata in modo professionale con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di dimensioni standard, mobili su misura, ripiani in granito, camino, mobile bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, HDTV SMART da 65 "in soggiorno e TV HD a schermo piatto nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice full size e asciugatrice. Il master e le camere da letto 3 e 4 hanno letti king size mentre la camera 2 ha due letti matrimoniali !!! C'è anche un divano letto Queen nel soggiorno e quattro lettini singoli per dormire 16 in totale. Abbiamo anche l'altra unità 4br su questo stesso piano se hai bisogno di un altro condominio.
C'è un fiume lento, uno scivolo acquatico, una piscina all'aperto con una piscina per bambini recintata, una piscina interna riscaldata, due vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness all'avanguardia, 4 saune e campi da tennis sul tetto.
C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per riservare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.
Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tantum di $ 35 per veicolo. Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. Loved the layout and enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. The view from the balcony was everything I had hoped for! The check-in and check-out procedure was seamless. The parking was ample and overall we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had read in earlier reviews that the hot water was a problem when multiple folks were showering and I have to admit, we dealt with that a bit, but you just have to learn to space out your showers. Beautiful condo and I hope to visit again in the future!

Only 2 issues but they were big! The bedrooms got very hot at night(3 people chose to sleep in the living room,others bought fans.The other issue was running out of hot water so you need to space shower taking.

The condo was very clean and spacious, except the master bathtub. The kids wanted to use the jets on the bathtub and it was full of mold. House keeper should probably clean it after each guest. It could definitely use another water heater because having 11 people wanting to shower after coming in from the beach it couldn’t keep up. There is a tankless water heater but it still got cold.
We loved sitting on the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was perfect. Lazy river was great. Kids loved the water slide and the hot tub.
We will definitely be back!

We were so impressed with our stay at this fantastic condo right on the beach that we will definitely be returning next year! And we have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for a really long time so we have lots to compare with. Everything about this condo was great from the size of the living room, kitchen, and patio to the beautiful furniture to the pool and beach areas. The kitchen had way more useful appliances and utensils than most condos provide including a crockpot, kuerig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and an electric can opener. The parking garage ends on the same floor as the room so unpacking cars was super convenient. We could choose our own keypad code so it was easy for everyone to remember including our kids. We had a variety of ages from 3 to 82. The lazy river and slide were so fun. This is where our teenagers found lots of friends to hang out with for the week. The master bedroom is located in the rear of the condo away from the patio which I was nervous about but my parents actually loved it because it was nice and quiet so they could sleep without being disturbed by the activity in the living room. With the amount of beds and cots, we had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in our group of 16. We plan on returning in the future! Thank you for our lovely vacation!

The condo was so spacious and so clean there were 8 women in there and with 4 bedrooms and 41/2 baths we had plenty of room to get dressed,relax and whatever we wanted to do, the view was beautiful, right on the beach, and the balcony was wonderful!! The unit is beautiful and spacious enough for a large family. There were a few issues including cleanliness. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning, pendant lights above bar were filthy. Another issue was hot water. I had to turn the water off during my shower and still ran out of hot water. None of us got a full hot shower. Two of the showers were not draining and took hours for the water to drain. A few improvements could make this a 5 Star.

We loved this beautifully decorated condo very much. It is well equipped with every kind of appliance and dish you would need for your stay. We liked that it was an end unit and had a wrap around balcony. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have hot water for our showers while we were there. It was hit and miss whether we would have hot water or not. Also, the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes very well. Overall, we would recommend this condo if the hot water situation could be fixed.

Beautiful and well equipped Condo. Our family of 16 enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at Phoenix West. The other reviews of no hot water are accurate!! The lack of hot water and the unit needs more along with an upgrade of bath towels are 2 major issues with the unit. Hopefully these will both be addressed and the unit will be perfect.

We stayed for a week with three families, all of which had kids ages under 10. This unit had tons of room for lounging, eating, and sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The patio furniture and the view were awesome! The listing does advertise that 4 folding cots are available for additional sleeping, but there is no real convenient place to set them up. The master bedroom could accommodate 2 of them, but the other two would need to be set up in the living room. We were definitely planning on having them all set up in a bedroom, which was impossible to accomplish. The only major flaw was that a unit of this size was only serviced by a 40 gallon hot water heater (which is probably only operating at 70& capacity). A unit this size is designed and advertised to attract larger groups, and there is no where near enough hot water to handle one family let along 3. We never had more than 2 showers worth of hot water throughout our week-long stay. Hopefully the owners will review that and make the necessary upgrades. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

The property met all of our expectations with one exception. There was no vent above the cook top on the island and the smoke alarm went off. Also no vent in the built in oven. Very difficult to cook in the unit.

We had a fabulous time over the Fourth of July! We had 13 family members and this condo did not disappoint. We had ample room for everyone and everything about it was wonderful. The only problem we had was my mom, who is 84, fell going out to the patio. You have to step up over the window frame and she misjudged the height. Everything about the place is amazing. It was very well stocked including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig as well as a slow cooker. Having a washer and dryer was great as well. We will definitely come back!

Love this condo!
This is our second time in this condo, and we love it! Everything is VERY clean! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The layout is very spacious and accommodating for multiple families. I cannot forget the amazing patio furniture! So comfortable, and we love the rocker chairs, we sat out there for hours. It’s also super convenient to the parking garage as it’s on the 8th floor and right by the door. We all had a great time and will definitely be staying here!

Family Christmas
Our family spent a week here for our family Christmas. The property was wonderful. It looks exactly like the pictures. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I did notify the property manager and they said they would give it a deep clean after our stay. It didn’t look dirty but our socks and feet were dirty after walking on it. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is stocked fairly well, but I had to buy a couple pots because there was only 1 big pot supplied. Overall, I would stay here again!

Our group of 14 gathers each year. We rented two 4 bedroom condos - this being one of the four. The decor is fresh, new and beautiful. The outside balcony furniture is also VERY comfortable and makes a perfect gathering space. We had one problem with a leak in a bathroom vent, but Charlotte was prompt in getting it fixed.
