Questo è un condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con una bellissima vista sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dal balcone. Si trova al secondo piano della Torre I. Appena sotto il condominio si trova la piscina laguna di 11.500 piedi quadrati con cascate, vasca idromassaggio e ristorante. Una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e una camera con due letti full size.
Le caratteristiche includono TV a schermo piatto da 70 'con lettori DVD integrati. Pareti a specchio nel soggiorno e nella cucina. Nuovi elettrodomestici, bagno, mobili e moquette. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Accesso WiFi disponibile Il condominio è in una gated community con sicurezza, tonnellate di parcheggio, ascensori e passi dall'unità.

The location was great, walkable to shops, restaurants & activities. The view was amazing over the pool, & the condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was spacious, tons of seating, and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The 2nd floor access by the stairs was ideal, as we heard people complain about the 1 operational & very slow elevator. The bathrooms were a bit run down, one shower didn't work, but it wasn't a major deal since there was only 3 of us. The host quickly responded to my questions. Overall, worth the price and a great stay. (PSA: the resort charges you a 50 registration fee in order to check in)

We had an amazing time in Panama City Beach. Dina is so kind and took care of everything. Any time I had a question she answered right away including when we landed and I had a question about parking. I loved the oversized couch that the whole family could pile in and be comfortable. I loved the oversized tub in the bathroom that I could soak in. The beds were really comfortable. Lots of beach accessories including chairs. I would definitely recommend. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool is so large that it didn’t feel crowded. Thank you for a lovely stay, Dina!

We loved staying here! My husband & I traveled with 2 teenage boys and met our friends who stayed in 2 other condos at Edgewater. We all loved it! Our condo was in excellent condition, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The 2nd floor location was great for us, especially with it’s proximity to the stairs and parking. The owner was very responsive as well. Edgewater Resort has plenty to offer! The Oceans restaurant has very good food (but slow service). Try the Breakfast Bowl & cheese grits! This one meal fed my husband and myself for 2 mornings and was delicious!!!The poolside bar is really convenient for those who want a tasty beverage (kinda pricey though).I have some mobility issues so I loved that the boardwalk to the beach doesn’t have a bunch of steps like most other places we’ve stayed. The main pool is amazing.We ate out at Firefly (within walking distance) and it was so good! Try the Ahi tuna tacos! We celebrated our son’s 14th birthday at Dick’s Last Resort at Pier Park and laughed the whole time!We are very happy customers and look forward to returning!
