Dishwasher needs some attention as difficult to open. Confusion over car park as we got a parking ticket on the last day but sorted out by the female member of staff.

Everything was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and tidy, in an excellent location.

A long mirror in the bedrooms would be better than the small ones provided. Can’t think of anything else as it was so nice!

It rained when we were there so could have benefited from some games, eg scrabble, cards or dominoes

Extremely spacious, all the rooms were very clean and kept to a very high standard. The bathrobes and welcome hamper/basket were a nice bonus. The apartment was very central and offered easy access to local towns. The car park arrangement was very convenient too.

Everything was brilliant. There's nothing we didn't like about the apartment. If we had to be picky, then we thought the staircase up to the apartment can be challenging to older guests.,

One of the best properties I've stayed in! Could quite happily stay there for weeks. Large apartment, big french windows giving probably the best view in norfolk, really nicely furnished, effective soundproofing even on a saturday night, great showers, has internet netflix and amazon prime

My only comment is that while the beds are large and pillows great, the mattresses are slightly on the hard side. After a couple of nights, my hip joints were aching by morning time

Superb central location, with fantastic Harbourside views. The facilities and amenities at the apartment were to a high standard. Excellent level of cleanliness. The discount card for Plattens fish and chips (Platters own the apartments), was an added bonus!

Perfect location with beautiful sea views. An amazing apartment with everything you could ever need whilst away. This was our second time staying in the apartment, hopefully many more to come!

Tv was not tuned in. Both bedroom tvs were not tuned in. The lounge tv was only tuned in to get BBC1. There were no instruction booklets for the cooker, the microwave or the coffee machine. Only 2 of the 4 gas hob rings worked

A super apartment, the layout is just perfect and two separate bathrooms is ideal

This is our 5th stay and just a few things need a little attention, bathrooms not as spotless as usual, the shower head (over the bath) could do with changing and the tiles re grouting. The small gas ring didn’t seem to stay ignited and no instructions for the “white goods” (These are observations and not criticisms)

excellent location. two double bedrooms. lovely touch of hamper with bottles of wine plus capsules for coffee machine. very well fitted out. great towels - fluffy and large - perfect - we loved it all - paid parking at long stay car payload included. could not fault attention to detail

We were already aware of the location of the apartment and so were not surprised to have noise from the shops below and the road but this didn't spoil our stay....the views and apartment more than make up for it!

Our only complaint was there were no curtains in our bedroom only white blinds which made it difficult to sleep after it became daylight around 4.30am, also the apartment would be better with a toilet in the en suite rather than the hallway for middle of the night visits to the loo.
