Warm, homely vibe with everything you need, a friendly host and it's excellent value for money.
Everything was great!

Comfortable, affordable rooms in a great location with a warm and helpful host. The rooms were quiet and clean, and had all the amenities you need for an extended stay.
Nothing! Everything was great, especially for the price.

Mary took great care of us and the room was super cozy with a mini-fridge and heater!
The kitchenette only has a microwave and electric pan which was useable but it would be nice to have a burner in the future.

How quiet the area is due to being away from the city
Quiet time could be extended by an hour at least but otherwise reasonable requests

"La camera era molto carina, addirittura con il frigo in camera e il materasso comodissimo. Inoltre veniva offerto il latte fresco ogni giorno"
