The room needs a burner

It was awesome having the whirlpool tub. It was clean.

I didn’t like that they had the coffee maker but no coffee or filters. It didn’t take standard filters either so we just couldn’t use it. Also, there was only one tv remote so I had to carry the remote up and down the stairs which I usually forgot so had to run back up or down and grab it.

my deluxe apartment was a bit dirty. there was active mold and mildew growth in the whirlpool tub jets that shot out when the tub started

Infested with roaches. Killed nine roaches in three days.

I liked everything about the resort

Pretty.

I reserved 2 beds, for 2 girls and one boy. Only one bed. After we climbed those 2 flights of stairs with toys and luggage, we didn’t want to carry everything back down the steps. The steps were too much for us. Plus, none of the televisions worked.

Location and activities on the resort. Apartment was good, but furniture could be updated.

Too many sales people

-cozy upper level, well stocked kitchen supplies, & working fridge, comfy living room, & Wi-Fi connection, nice dining room table/chairs, nice windows and lighting -good location

-the lower level was extremely cold with no adjustment of temperature. the hvac system didn’t work in the lower level. my son wasn’t comfortable at all -there’s no shower in the main level bathroom plus the tub was leaking

My reservation had a mix-up . Tooks almost my whole first evening and perseverance on my end to get it resolved. Booking.com did reimburse me for a days stay for the inconvenience..

The location and amount of stairs. It wasn't very clean and was very dated. And the bathroom drains upstairs were full of ants.

The property was a bargain. It was advertised as a 2BR, 2 Bath and other details were limited. It was nonrefundable. After booking I was able to search and find details by directly contacting the property manager. Turns out it was a condo, full kitchen. When I checked in I discovered it was Time Share related so check in was a process of selling.

Check in was pressured selling from one desk to another. This does not bother me but my wife would have been upset had she checked in. The selling was tricky with few disclosures other than sign here acknowledging we told you all the details. The property was clean and everything working but it was worn. Cabinet doors sagging slightly, old mica countertops, old faucets and so on. BUT, the value was extraordinary so I am pleased.

Amenities needed car because too far to walk

This apartment was gorgeous 😍 Wonderful fireplace for unwinding and a jetted tub for relaxing. And it is huge. Kitchen had everything that you need and much more (even a hand mixer). They even have a vacuum cleaner. Balcony is very nice and it has a gas barbeque. Location was really good. So close to everything.

Couple of things were not as good as we expected. First, when we started jets dirt and hair came out from it. We didn't mind but maybe you would. Also, they are expecting from you to collect all your dirty towels and sheets, to take out the trash and wash dishes. Although, dishes are common decency we were surprised with other things. And the last, maybe the most unsatisfying thing... I tried to send a small package (at the hotel where I am working that is a common courtesy). I went to the front desk and they refused to help me out, it was actually quite weird situation with manager coming to speak with me over a little 6x4 box. So, I guess it's not "above and beyond" kind a place, but for winter adventure definitely very good!

Location good, the property had many steps to get to it, these were not mentioned previously. one bedroom upstairs from main area, one downstairs, so not good for families with young children.

very basic accommodation, broken blinds, a lamp that didn't work, generally run down.
