MY LODGE Naoshima

Wonderful location, exceptional sea views. This was perfect for our three night trip to Naoshima.

Rooms were rather basic for the cost, we didn’t have breakfast or dinner and this seemed quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.

The room was very nice

The restaurant opening hours. It closes very early for dinner.

The view. The clean rooms. Friendly Staff.

Basically an upscale and expensive hostel. No shuttle service. Steep hill with no taxis to get your luggage to the hotel in the rain. Uncomfortable beds. Overpriced small portions for meals but good quality. If you pay for breakfast in advance you are pay twice as much as what they charge at the hotel. Only one pillow per person and you have to pay for more. The quality of the linens is very poor. There are many, very steep stairs to get to the rooms. Poor value for the cost.

Modern design, very clean, comfortable, sea view

Walls are very thin, easy to hear neighboring rooms
