We had a great time. Communication was excellent and the property was fabulous. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Miami.

Very convenient location within walking distance of downtown and surrounding area. Parks, grocery, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Unit is 2 bedroom/2 bath. Desperately need new sofa in living area along with two chairs. For a party of four, we had to bring in two chairs from the balcony. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bar seating also needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Host was mostly responsive to texts - delayed in some instances. Overall good stay and with the furniture recommendations, unit would be great.

I reserved the two bedroom apt in the Hotel Arya for a short trip to Miami with my son and his friend to visit the University of Miami. The visit could not have worked out any better. The apartment was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and extra linens were a big help. As others have said, the location is in the heart of Coconut Grove, just of Biscayne Bay so the best of both worlds, convenience and a sea view with the park steps away.

Great location and space but problems and more problems. Water pouring in ceiling through AC vent, Black dust on all floors, Elevators not working so 10+ min wait time the squeeze in. Construction in apartment next door so the noise was very loud. We needed a quiet comfortable space and this was all wrong.

This property was excellent and the pictures reflected the space accurately! It is located in an excellent area with many entertainment and dining options. The apartment is in great condition with spectacular views. The bathrooms are spacious.
Overall, I would gladly stay at this property again or at another property with this host, and would recommend it highly!

In the heart of Coconut Grove, this location is hard to beat. The property is pleasantly decorated and the kitchen is well equipped! The large balcony offers nice views of Biscayne Bay. Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, so no need to drive!!

Great location. Coconut grove has a trove of restaurants. The host is very professional. Any hiccups were quickly addressed. We stayed 3 weeks. The two bedroom units have plenty of room and nice balcony space.

Great location for restaurants
We were visiting Miami for a few days and needed a location with easy access to restaurants, parking, and the freeways. Coconut Grove provided all of that. It's a tree-lined neighborhood. Beautiful and safe. Condo was perfect. Well kept and had everything we needed included a washer and dryer to refresh our sweaty south Florida in July clothing. Owner made check in easy -picked up our card key and parking pass at the front desk and met us in the lobby. Easy text communications during our stay and brought us a blanket late one evening when we discovered there was none in the apartment for the sofa couch. Views were nice from the balcony and sleeping with the blinds up and the skyline lit up in the background was a treat.

The location and the view were excellent!
The overall experience was very good. The unit is very nice and it is exactly as the pictures in the listing; it is at walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. We will probably book it again the next time we come.

This property is a lovely alternative to a standard hotel stay for 4 persons, but prospective guests need to understand that the unit is divided into 2 unconnected suites accessible by a main entrance, one suite being more like a studio apartment and the other consisting of a bedroom and en suite bathroom.
The 2 complimentary bottles of wine
were greatly appreciated! My only complaint is that certain basic amenities that I have observed in abundance in other VRBO properties seem to have been allocated very specifically per person per day in this property. Such as the Nespresso coffee pods and related condiments, laundry detergent and paper towels. Please consider ordering these items at cost from Amazon or similar.

Some surfaces were a little worn and it was not on the corner I thought it was but was indeed a corner unit. The washer was missing a start button that was a little frustrating but did not prevent use and a repair was on the way to occur shortly after I left.
