Mountain View Hide-Away, Wonderful City View! Centrally Located!
Bella e accogliente casa a tre piani con una vista immacolata sulle montagne! A soli 10 minuti dal centro, a 5 minuti dal parco / lago, a 15 minuti dalla vecchia città di Colorado, a 20 minuti da Manitou Springs e 15 minuti dall'aeroporto. Questa struttura è situata in posizione centrale rispetto alla maggior parte delle cose migliori che Colorado Springs ha da offrire. Inoltre, è progettato per ospitare un gruppo molto numeroso - è persino dotato di un grande tavolo da pranzo che può espandersi per adattarsi a più di 18 persone allo stesso tavolo! Perfetto per grandi riunioni di famiglia. E ha un sacco di divani letto pieghevoli oltre ai letti normali in ogni camera da letto, in modo che il tuo gruppo possa stare tutti in una posizione. Sorseggia il tuo caffè mattutino e condividi la colazione con i tuoi cari sull'altalena della veranda o sul tavolo della comunità mentre ammiri la splendida vista di Pike's Peak e le montagne circostanti. This house was roomy and comfortable for our large family. The check-in process was easy. The provided supplies, bedding, dishes, and cookware were more than adequate for our stay. We were very happy to relax here after a long drive. There is a foosball table and games downstairs. The view out the front is amazing. Exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

This is such a great place for big groups! Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Best place to sit on the porch drink coffee and watch the sunrise or sunset! Great view of the mountains! Highly recommend!!

To be honest, this property is in need of some serious attention by the owners. All of the mattresses are quite painful to sleep in, there were no linens for the pull out beds (two of them were broken and unusable), the property is not stocked at all, which made cooking a challenge. The banister was loose and a door handle fell off, trapping a member of the family in the bedroom. The door handle of the shower fell off. There was a toothbrush in one of the couches. The check in process was easy, they communicated promptly, the view in the front of the house is beautiful and the dinning room table fit all 18 of us, making games and meals a great experience. We were required to take the trash out (which is fine), but the trash to take to the curb was not our trash. We had to use 6 people to take out their over flowing recycling bins and trash cans. (That was really gross as most of the trash bags weren’t sealed). Everything about this property is dated and honestly, a little gross (stained furniture, flat pillows, creaky beds, mattresses 3 inches thick, towels thread worn). The pans are old and beat up, the microwave didn’t work and the stove indicators are worn off, making cooking something a guessing game. If you are going to rent this property, bring everything you could possibly need. Plates, utensils, pots/pans, blankets, dishwasher soap, and towels. It was fine for what we needed but unfortunately, we would not book this location again.
