I hate that receptionist

I like the room

I didn't like the staff, receptionist, receptionist straightly saying that to he is not supposed to give the room to me but he Doesn't have a chance that's why he is giving me i don't know why,his attitude, actually I'm committed for 2 days because of him I'm changing it for 1 day, i hate that person and i want to pay back

I have been charged extra Rs 970 even after paying full payment online. As it was in the night i had no other option. And im trying to call customer care suplort but no use.

Good

1. No Television because they were changing cable vendor 2. AC was not working. Ice cube were coming out of AC 3. They called and asked money for water bottle which they haven't provided.

The worst Experience

Nothing

The Breakfast was included in my booking but the hotel refused to give breakfast. Hotel staff was not supportive. Very bad housekeeping and room services. Even the drinking water was not provided in the room. Staying there was totally the waste of money. I didn't get the refund from Hotel for not providing breakfast.The worst hotel I have ever stayed.

there was no coffee , tea or breakfast in the facility , also to go to the 4th floor rooms is very difficult for aged people as the lift is not there .
