La localisation, facilité de parking, la propreté, confort literie, la climatisation.
La piscine ne peut être utilisée que jusqu'à 19h et en plus elle n était pas nettoyée. Et pas de frigo dans la chambre. Il manque aussi un petit meuble ou étagère dans salle d eau pour poser ces affaires. Pour le prix on s attend à un peu mieux.

Pagamos por una habitación en hotel con restaurante y una pequeña alberca y cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que ninguna de las dos estaban disponibles y no sé avisó.

La amplitud de la habitación, lo limpio que estaba y el cambio diario de toallas y amenitíes, la comodidad de la cama y la ubicación.
Lo más importante es que falta un básico en la habitación; una neverita para poder almacenar un mínimo de agua o embutido sobre todo en verano.

Room: Spacious, clean, great shower and a/c. The room doesn't have a desk, but that opens up the space for a bigger closer space.
Check-in: He was courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick and off-hour access was straight forward.
Location: nicely located 5 mins away from San José, 10 mins from the access control to the beaches.

All in all, it was a good and clean room. It's indeed an ideal place to go and discover the Cabo de Gata area. You can park for free next to the hostal and you are very close to San José, which is the bigger town next door. The owner has been very welcoming and showed us on a map where the best beaches were in Cabo de Gata; in general the staff was very helpful.
I can't judge the services of the hotel, because we just slept there, but the room was a bit empty. I wouldn't define it "Boutique", only "(Too) Minimal" for the price asked. In the room there was only a couple of chairs and an open wardrobe. No desks and no other surfaces to put your things on, nor a bigger bin (there was a small one in the bathroom).
There's no hairdryer in the room, you have to ask it at the reception and bring it back as soon you are finished, which in general is not acceptable. (The owner let us keep it because there were very few people in the building during our stay.)
I found the beds quite uncomfortable, because the mattress was a bit (too much) on the hard side (of course, that's a personal preference, though).

Super helpful and friendly staff and a beautiful surroundings. The facilities are very clean and convenient and it has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast surrounded by nature and under the sun.

Above all the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.
The room was comfortable.
The installations were bright, airy and contemporary decoration pleasing.
No tea/coffee facilities in room.
The restaurant stopped offering evening meals after 29th August, even though there were guests staying at the hostal.
Aperitivos and bread were automatically served at the table at evening meals, without previously asking if we wanted it and then was included in the bill.
We thought the room was overpriced

Our stay in Bajio was really good. The building is good situated next to San Jose and go other many places to visit.
The owner shows us many beaches and places to see, he was very kind and helpful.
We have an electric car and he let us charge the car every time at no cost.
The room was big, clean and really fresh, we almost didn’t need to turn on the AC at all.
We will come back for sure !
