Thanh Long Hotel - Bach Dang

This hotel is well located quite close to Tan Son Nhat Airport. Our room was comfortable and the view was pleasant. The buffet breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the hotel pick-up (for 100 000 VND) and would be happy to stay here again.

Our room was quite spacious, but it had 2 large beds taking up all the space. They were very comfortable, but it meant that there was very little room for our bags.

We really enjoyed the location! The beds were comfortable. The breakfast host was very attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was tasty.

The staff were very pleasant. Thank you to Ho Kanh for making us comfortable every breakfast. He was always so kind and very chatty with us. I wanted to thank the security, Triet, for always helping us cross the street. Such a gentleman :) Receptionist Tong too was very kind; actually all of them were kind. There was also the receptionist who helped us weigh our luggage though I forgot to ask her name. And the first receptionist to receive us, the guy with the glasses, he helped me enter my room when I was locked out. Everyone was so kind and the room was a great place to stay.

I didn't like how we need to cross the street everytime we go out but Triet was very nice to help us cross whenever he's on duty. I also didn't like that they did not bother to confirm with us if we wanted to do a late checkout on our last day even though I expressed it on our arrival that we were considering it. We forgot about it but it would've been nice if someone followed up on before the deadline to check if we were still considering it. It was nice they allowed us to leave our luggages at the hotel after checkout but it would've been nicer if we could've gotten more sleep and rest before our flight home. Lastly, I didn't like that the lights on our floor were always turned off. It was so scary going to the elevator even if it was just in front of our room. It would've been nice if they kept one or two lightbulbs turned on all the time.

Staffs are so friendly and the hotel is clean

Breakfast needs to be improved not much variety of foods. And the reason that I won’t book this hotel is we couldn’t sleep AT ALL. We had long flights the day after we couldn’t rest at all because of the loud noises. There is no soundproof i could hear someone close the door, walk, their loud talks and screams. What’s the point of having hotel booked when i couldn’t even sleep…
