The communication from the host was excellent and everything was easy to find. They sent through pictures which helped us a lot arriving at night during a thunderstorm! The location in the old town is excellent, it was an easy walk from the bus station after arriving from the airport. The apartment is very well appointed with a large comfortable bed, small but functional kitchen and an excellent bathroom. There are lots of excellent restaurants near by as well as a market and bakery for those (like us!) trying to save money on food!
