Beds were super comfy . Sea view from kitchen great. Very well equipped apartment. 5 minutes from beaches etc and right on the high street but quiet.
Squeaky bathroom door and hall floor annoying in the middle of the night. Also local church along the street rings bells on the hour and half hour 24/7. You get used to it but worth a mention in your literature.

Location. Fantastic views. Comfortable beds lots of fluffy towels. Space- apartment much bigger than we expected. Gorgeous bathroom. Decorated tastefully.. and personal touches.

Flat was clean, tidy , well equipped . Large bathroom with bath and shower. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Stair quite steep , not suitable for those with significant disability.
We would happily rebook Rooftops .
Access to the garden would be nice .

Beautiful apartment, with amazing views of the sea. Great location on the High Street in North Berwick. Loved the log burner, and the great ambience of the apartment. Lots of great walks nearby, to the beach, along the coast, up North Berwick Law. And kept on coming back to the apartment for those lovely views of the sea!

The location and views were fantastic. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely bath and walk in shower. overall a lovely flat

We loved the views of the sea and the location was perfect for a holiday rent. The bathroom was also huge and very well equipped.
The view of the garden was nice but it was a shared garden which was used most of the time by the flat underneath.

Instruction booklet was not very clear, with crossings out, e.g. on recycling.
Entrance and stairway could do with repainting.

I was sorry to leave this exceptional flat after a 4-week stay. I’ve rented dozens of North Berwick vacation properties through the years, and this one is the best. Unlike the majority of its competitors, Rooftops felt like a real home rather than a generic holiday rental. It was exquisitely furnished and imaginatively decorated. The views to the sea and Fife were better than expected. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed—and more. The spacious, luxurious bathroom boasted underfloor heating and a skylight. The beds were comfortable. Everything, including the WiFi, worked well. And considering its location on the High Street, the apartment was remarkably quiet. Bonus points for the owner, who provided detailed instructions and was quick to answer the few questions I had. I could not have been more pleased with my experience here!

Location was amazing, North Berwick is quite a small town and i was a little worried under the present climate i would be seen as a outsider. I could not have been more wrong, everybody 's so friendly. On top of that the apartment is amazing, full of character but with all the mod cons.
Front room is a bit cold at times, could be because the amazing Tree Radiator takes to much pressure to warm up but the Log fire place makes up for that. Also the views are amazing while having coffee in the morning but the window in the Kitchen needs cleaning, I tried to open it but its stuck at the top.

Very central location. Bright, spacious and comfortable apartment with beautiful bathroom. Very thorough information provided by hosts.
The street was very busy so it was difficult to get parked outside the property. Free parking available around 5-10 minute walk away.

2sets of keys needed if not all going out together. Terrible flush on toilet

Well decorated apartment, with all you will need for your stay. Apartment was cleaned with Covid restrictions in mind but still managed a few treats to make you feel welcome.
Very minor issue with the communal lights in the hall, they tripped the apartments lighting.
