kitchen was very good. The WhatsApp crew was very helpful. Nice room separation.
The bathroom smelled terribly of sewage. Had to leave the windows wide open. The internet did not work, so I had to fix it. TV was not working. The view was of an abandoned building. The hall was always very dark. No discount applied, just apologies.

This is the absolute best hotel we've ever stayed in as a family. They were very accommodating and made sure we had a baby cot for our toddler and infant.
The apartment was beautiful and had everything you would need including a full kitchenette. There is a mall directly opposite the hotel for more food options, but there is a restaurant on the 17th floor. We really loved our time in this hotel and would not hesitate to come again!

Very good value for money. Location is great. The fact that you have a 24 reception is great - you have a combination of a hotel kind of service with airbnb price. Nice to have a kitchen and fridge which were fine.
Room is a bit basic. But could be expected for this price.
