We enjoyed staying at this home in Acworth. It was close to family and close to downtown. This is an old home but it was clean and well decorated. We had trouble regulating the heat as the halls were cold but our rooms were very warm. We thought the house met our needs.

We were in town for a family wedding. The property was perfect! We were within walking distance to the venue and the accommodations were terrific. The host anticipated our needs (Keurig and coffee pot - umbrellas at the door). These touches were over and above. I highly recommend this property.

This houee was perfect for my family members to stay in for our wedding nearby. Love the historical charm of the property, and everything was just as it says in the listing. Be careful on the narrow staircase, but the rooms upstairs are cleany and comfy.

Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, easy 10min drive to fields and walking to the restaurants, which were really good, was so nice! Most of all, Kay was wonderful to work with!

This historic home was perfect for our stay! Not only was it absolutely charming, it was well outfitted for entertaining. Literally steps from historic Main Street restaurants and shops - it also sits at the foot of a gorgeous tree-lined neighborhood. Easy access to the interstate with everything in walking distance. Kay is wonderful! Everyone that gathered for our celebration loved staying at this spacious and cozy home in the charming town of Acworth. Perfection. We hit the bullseye.

We loved this house stay. The house is so beautiful, comfortable and inviting. We stayed in Acworth for a family wedding and it was the perfect place to gather and prepare for the event. The location to town is perfect. We walked to dinner, the lake and the brewery. So convenient to town but not at all noisy, even with the train so close, we only heard and felt the rumble. Highly recommend this property. The owner is wonderful to work with. Thank you

Kay's property was the perfect place to land as we made final preparations for my daughter's wedding that was held at The Conservatory at Waterstone. The location could not have been better; the house was around the corner from the venue. We had plenty of room for four of my daughter's bridesmaids to spend the night and then I was able to host a breakfast for them on-site the morning of the wedding. Everything I needed was there -- nice tableware and a few extra items that were in one of the china cabinets. Furnishings include an interesting mix of antiques and more contemporary pieces that provided both visual appeal and comfort.

Perfect location for my daughters wedding! Kay’s blue house is so lovely and beautifully decorated.. She has thought of anything you may need to make your stay comfortable. We loved staying here. We made some sweet memories. Thank you Kay!

We have stayed in many hotels and houses through the years, but Kay's house is definitely one of our top picks of all time!!! The house is perfect for a large group, yet cozy enough for a couple. We stayed for a week and by the end of our stay we were feeling very sad to leave. It truly felt like home! Kay has thought of everything! The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed! We were not in need of anything. The decor in the house is warm and inviting. Beyond beautiful! The town of Acworth is like something out of a storybook. Quaint and charming. We could literally walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner if we chose to. Kay was just a phone call or text away if we needed anything at all. Great communication! Thank you, Kay, for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home, and for making our stay truly wonderful!! 10 Stars!!!

Wonderful Stay
Would highly recommend staying at this house. You will not be disappointed! Kay was wonderful and went way above and beyond to make it a positive experience for us. The beds are clean and very comfortable. The location is also perfect and in walking distance to restaurants and downtown. We would definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

I absolutely loved staying at this house! It has lots of room. In walking distance to downtown Actworth and restaurants. And only 10 minutes away from the Lakepoint Sports facility. Host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

The house is the absolute coolest in Acworth! Ms. Kay is a wonderful host. She is easy to communicate with and so reasonable on any requests from extra parking to late check outs. Speaking of parking, you can easily fit 5 large cars behind/side of the house and with some ingenuity probably more. The rooms are large and there is a ton of seating in the common spaces which is great when 10 people are staying! This is about as close as you can get to downtown acworth and it made made stepping out to restaurants and shops so easy.

The house is the absolute coolest in Acworth! Ms. Kay is a wonderful host. She is easy to communicate with and so reasonable on any requests from extra parking to late check outs. Speaking of parking, you can easily fit 5 large cars behind/side of the house and with some ingenuity probably more. The rooms are large and there is a ton of seating in the common spaces which is great when 10 people are staying! This is about as close as you can get to downtown acworth and it made made stepping out to restaurants and shops so easy.

Perfection
Was exactly what we needed for my daughter's bridal party. Wedding venue was literally a block away. We had a fabulous sleepover with 8 women. Large dining room for games and wedding day hair and makeup! Beds super comfy - we honestly didn't want for a single thing. Don't hesitate!

Family Gathering
We had a lovely family reunion over Labor Day weekend. With four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, it was perfect for a visit with our adult children and their families. The house was so lovely! We mostly visited in the large kitchen and on the front porch, but all the rooms were very enjoyable. The town of Acworth is a perfect place to gather, with plenty to do in the area and a trip to Atlanta an easy reach for the day. We will most certainly do this again!

This property was so perfect but our stay was too short. My daughter and I flew in to meet my husband and son for the end of his baseball tournament. Acworth is such a cute town. We spent time at the lake, the park, walking over the train and hit most of the restaurants. The house was so perfectly appointed. Kay has thought of everything. It’s so spacious and comfortable. And so close to everything. We will definitely be back!!

We were in town for baseball with a couple of families... Beautiful older home, with a lot of character! Wish we had found it for the years prior of visiting the area each year for baseball tournaments. Plenty of sitting space and bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone!! Kay was wonderful to book through!

Great Location and Great Experience
Our group was in town for a wedding and we this location was perfectly located and decorated. Kay is a sweetheart of a lady and recommended some great food stops for our us. If my travels ever take me back to Acworth, we will be renting this house again
