Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay.

The house is very nice, comfortable and amazing view. You can see the lake from the kitchen and family room. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need. You step out on the patio and it is awesome. the sunsets were amazing. You can walk to the lake. Everything about the house is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay, would love to go back

The location and property were top notch! We usually stay at the casinos, so we’re weren’t sure what to expect but this place met all of our wants and needs. It’s a short Uber or scooter ride to the casinos and restaurants and you can also walk straight across the street to Safeway to grab any drinks or food you need to stock the place up! My wife and I went with 2 other couples and it worked out fine, each couple had there own room and bathroom, although the one room does have two twin-size beds (only downfall, but they managed). Totally great experience overall and will definitely go back!

Beautiful view of lake out back and nice unit. Limited parking options for SUVs and overflow at the grocery store across the street is inconvenient. At this price point and for skiers with large vehicles one usable spot per unit is expected. Property management was quickly responsive to text but never picked up the phone which is odd. Disappointing they can’t figure out a better parking situation at this price point.

Please be aware that there is a water leak in the hallway ceiling to the master bath. There is mold around the outlet in ceiling. They know about it because there was a pan on the floor under the leak. Everything else was lovely.

Great property and location. Very peaceful. We have one recommendation: Please consider replacing the master bed mattress frame. It loudly creaks with every movement from when you first sit on the bed to when you rollover or shift weight during the night. Also the ceiling has a leak and a pan was on the floor to collect the drip. It is a trip hazard at night, so hopefully that will be fixed soon.

The villa itself was fantastic, unfortunately the amenities of the property were not as great. The pool was not clean, the beach smelled strongly of sewage and was not a swimmable beach due to brown sludge-like stuff washing ashore. That being said, the location is great and you can easily drive and hike to emerald beach and only a few minutes drive to Heavenly. Overall, we had a good stay.

This is a 5 star property. Out back is Lake Tahoe and it feels like your own private beach. Out front you have all the dining and gaming Tahoe has to offer. We brought our paddle boards and hit the lake in the morning. Lake Tahoe is just steps out the back door of this property. This place is gorgeous.

This is a 5 star property. Out back is Lake Tahoe and it feels like your own private beach. Out front you have all the dining and gaming Tahoe has to offer. Scenic Lake Tahoe Retreat
Stayed here with my family of 6 and had plenty of room with the pullout coach being a welcome addition to the sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms and kitchen were well commissioned. Great location within walking distance to Safeway grocery, restaurants and Heavenly Village Gondola area. Apparently lake water level was lower than usual creating a full beach right outside the property. The dock located a few hundred feet away provided easy access for our boat and kayak rentals. Don't miss sunrise and sunset from the double patio areas and the well maintained park like grounds right outside the mostly glass back of the house. Pool and hot tub provided a nice warm up after a dip in the lake. Too much to do and see for this post but don't miss Eagle Falls at Emerald Bay State Park. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at this property. The views were gorgeous. The condo was right on the water and had great beach access. The property manager was prompt when needed for a running toilet. We cooked outside on the grill and made a great meal with the provided utensils and cookware. The only complaint I have is that the master bed was really hard and the bed was extremely squeaky. Overall it was great though and would come again.

It’s a downstairs unit so the noise level is affected by the people upstairs. We had a noisy group overhead. It was an ongoing party all weekend and went later than 10 pm. The other noise source is traffic on Lake Tahoe Blvd, which is very close.
