Location, views and comfort. Have always stayed here on my trips to Guangzhou as it is close to my girlfriend's home. Have tried surrounding hotels for a lower cost but have always cancelled upon checking in and returning to LN Residences. Have always stayed on lvl 15 which has great views of the river. Each room has a washing machine/dryer combo so you can always have fresh clothes each day. It is close to metro station and have 2 convenience stores in proximity. It was also a filming location for 陳偉霆 so you can bet it's a good hotel.
Breakfast could be better and varied. Only 1 lift usable for guests staying lvl 15/16, whereas 2 lifts usable for other floors (total 3 lifts - 1 lift is for express access to lvl 17 restaurant).
