This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Las Cruces, NM! The home is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The decor is comfortable and like home. The location is close to everything I need. The neighborhood is quite. I have stayed here serval times and I am grateful to find a home away from home.

We stayed for 3 nights. We were a family of 7 with infants under 1 and had plenty of room. We grilled in the backyard for dinner one of the nights!! This home was very clean and well maintained! Jorge was kind and very responsive to all of our needs!!

This was our second stay at this house. It is in a convenient location. It was well-furnished with everything we needed for an extended stay.

Of all our VRBO stays, this property topped the list for cleanliness, provision of supplies, home decor and overall comfort of the house. We spent the months of November and December 2022 and despite some cooler than normal weather really enjoyed our first time in New Mexico. Shopping, dining and hiking were all nearby. Our host, Jorge, was very accommodating to respond to any questions and very pleasant to deal with. The location of the property was perfect for us and very quiet. We would highly recommend it.

Stayed here while my wife was in hospital. Extremely nice decor. House is quiet. Neighbors were nice. Parking is adequate. Will stay here again if I am in Cruces.

We enjoyed our 20 day stay in Las Cruces. Our Host Jorge was very responsive and helped us feel welcome. The home was clean and we had everything we needed, Including a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and garage. Great place to stay.!

Great Place to Stay When Checking out Las Cruces
We enjoyed our 20 day stay in Las Cruces. Our Host Jorge was very responsive and helped us feel welcome. The home was clean and we had everything we needed, Including a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and garage. Great place to stay.!

Enjoyable Stay
The house was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the large patio. Nearly everything we needed for an extended stay was provided.

We loved this house so much that we rented it twice in 2 weeks!
We first selected it help us break up our trip between San Antonio and Phoenix. It being so close to excellent hiking (Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks NM) and some great playgrounds helped us soak up some beautiful desert sunshine. We had no problem ordering food delivery (to maintain social distancing), using the WiFi and TVs, and using the gas range and oven for cooking. The mattresses and bedding are very comfy and clean.
Speaking of clean, the house was impeccable, including kitchen appliances! I felt very at-ease letting my toddler run around the place and using the bathtub.
The only drawback we experienced was difficulty figuring out how to set the thermostat - there are multiple programmed times so be sure you go through all (use program button) to make sure the temp is set to what you want, otherwise efforts to set to 68 at 9 pm will be worthless if there’s a 10 pm program for 74.
And lastly, Jorge was very responsive and a wonderful host! We are grateful we were able to stay twice to help start and finish our long holiday trip and we definitely plan on staying again next time we’re coming through Las Cruces.
